Have to say, you did well to get in-out! ;)
As dubious as I'd Mobile concept is- seems to be half decent option?

    lol

Well EE here had the same speed issues on 4G until recently, however £10 for 2 months on EE payg is 100GB with over 10 tīmes the speed ;)

The customer care lady was much clearer than staff employed by 3, very no Indian husk accent.

Its a great plan, 30 days and £1 a GB. Recommended, just test with a 3 payg sim for regular places and areas signal.
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

    (Irrelevant really)
Had to put o2 and GiffGaff SIM's inn and both where not data enabled, I'd be damned to make sense, but in different areas they indicated different strenght of reception! Both worked to make and receive calls, both had not great, just so so clarity, though despite GfGf said to suffer some sort lesser service priority (being MVNO), several times it has been better (2G), whilst 3G data still the same-laughable speed or lack of any.

Same handset or two different handsets?

2G may have priority on GG, 3G may well not have over o2 and other MVNO's as well as speed restrictions, which can also be automatically applied further dependent on demand on connected base station throughput...being 100% inhouse owned restrictions may well be higher than other o2 third party MVNO's.

I use it with 3sim 3g Acer phone, so all reception issues are quite accurate.
I'll be honest, whilst I am in (no) liking of three.co.uk on overall, Tello whilst slow, on overall, in areas of my usage proven to be the best. EE (and its MVNO's) whilst can be significantly quicker, just don't have same reliability. O2 (and MVNO's) is horrid for data speeds, but 2g signal proven to be the best.

    ....
Sky, TalkTalk and Vodafone received more reassurance last week when the Prime Minister announced a commitment to universal broadband at 10 megabits per second by 2020, a higher bar than was suggested by Mr Patterson last month.

BT’s rivals were also quietly contacted by officials who highlighted the fact that BT was not mentioned as part of the commitment.

    Holy thread resurrection! ?
All of the testing and ever so many options and offers coming out "Christmas" etc....
Still got FreedomPop (£1.99); Asda mobile (£5-12gb), GlobeTelUK (£15-7gb) SIM's, untested, still have EE (£10-100gb) working, still use and love everything but small usage oriented Tello SIM ( £- really lowest PAYG tariffs) and other offers are tempting, especially, since EE is being taken over...
    (Sheepishly) VodaF%#; SIM (£10-50gb)
    https://freesim.vodafone.co.uk/big-value-bundles?cid=aff-ds-dr-aw-freesim-47868&cookie=passed&tracker=0b8d6d&skip_network_detection=1&platform=desktop&tracker=0b8d6ddd

Will be getting rid off both GiffGaff and o2 SIM's, just got to get PAC's to retain numbers.

Any further feedback, suggestions, recommendations as what is available and worth trying or avoiding?
