I actually think that the best advice that can be given to the OP is to use Bacofoil.

It's much higher quality than most, and as such does a much better job of keeping out the rays.
  • You are asking for anecdotal advice for *your* specific circumstances. You aren't going to get the *right* answers because nobody else is you.

Fyi if you think this thread is full of "hatred" then Internet forums are probably not for you.

Wouldn't normally go in for unqualified armchair diagnosis, but I'll give it a bash here... Assuming this isn't a troll (which I don't think it is) it seems pretty likely to me that the OP is on the autistic spectrum. And, yes, they've been very rude, but can we just let this thread quietly die now as it's getting a bit undignified.

Let me repeat: I believe some estate agents are trolling this thread because in the OP l mentioned the possibility of selling my house privately.

As a result, they are giving sarcastic responses, pretending not to understand the OP, pretending they are insulted where there has been no insult, and pouring scorn on every post l make on this thread. There is no history between us.

I simply made a thread about selling a house via estate agent vs. directly seller-to-buyer. The response was as stated above, to derail the thread any which way.

    Gross over-reaction, IMHO.

OP, maybe Internet forums just aren't for you ....

EDIT - sorry, just saw Ivana's request to let it die ... Yes. Let's.

    Don't feed the troll

This thread made my day, wondering what all the commotion is about, but the way I am an Estate Agent and I know who you are

I inherited the family home from my father. My mother became executrix after father died. Now that she has died, l am sole executor and l wish to sell. Proceeds from sale will have to be divided up between inheritors as per my father's Will.

Surely all the proceeds will go to you as you inherited it?

Do feel free to report me.
