    I actually think that the best advice that can be given to the OP is to use Bacofoil.

    It's much higher quality than most, and as such does a much better job of keeping out the rays.

    You are asking for anecdotal advice for *your* specific circumstances. You aren't going to get the *right* answers because nobody else is you.

    Wouldn't normally go in for unqualified armchair diagnosis, but I'll give it a bash here... Assuming this isn't a troll (which I don't think it is) it seems pretty likely to me that the OP is on the autistic spectrum. And, yes, they've been very rude, but can we just let this thread quietly die now as it's getting a bit undignified.
