PE are only after your money and will do literally anything to get it! However if there is a genuine shopper clause in the contract with the agents they will cancel.
The key to cancellation is usually through the retailers and landowners at this stage in the process.
Posters should be ever grateful to Coupon Mad who in the past has done so much leg work to get these templates up and running and also slightly amended from time to time.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0 -
You can't see me but I am Bowing to you gods of parking tickets appeals haha! I promise you the gratitude is immense. I feel like sending chocolate to all 0

The driver, on this occasion visited Pizza Hut, Mothercare, Smyths Toys, Poundstretcher and Hobbycraft. Purchases were made on the occasion this ticket has been issued for, for which copies of the recipes are included.
Might be better to send receipts!I guess overall the other templates I've read are slightly more legally aggressive in nature.
The one that starts 'Without prejudice, save as to costs'?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Naughty autocorrect!
I've just read lots of templates on other websites I don't know of one that starts that way I don't think?0 -
Hello everyone.
Great news is Savills have said that it's clear the car park was being used as a genuine patron so say they'be sent a notice to parking eye, instructing to cancel it. Relief! I presume I can't take it as completely cleared until we receive a letter from parking eye but I'm content that it's sorted in our end.
Once again thanks to everyone for your advice and support. Hopefully I'll never require it again
If there's a good place here for me to put my 2 cents in please let me know 0 -
Well done. Just make sure you don't run out of time for an appeal to PE just in case Savills don't do the necessary in time.
If it's getting close to your deadline do an online appeal of any old gibberish to PE so you don't miss any deadline.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0 -
Oh no I did do the appeal to PE as well. This Saturday would be the 14 day mark as in the fee is 'discounted' to £60 till
This Saturday and then the deadline before any action would of course be another 15 days after (states 29 days in notice letter) so should be fine. And besides in sure our proof of the emails from Savills saying they have sent instruction to cancel would save us in most cases.0
