    The grounds for appeal are:

    Genuine customer
No authority to issue tickets (Locus standii)
    Signage is not clear
    Signage is inadequate
Failure to make a reasonable adjustment for having young children
Did not agree to any contract
Charge is excessive and clearly a penalty
Charge is not a Genuine pre estimate of loss

Please have a good read of the Newbies thread again and look at other appeals. Parking Eye give up easily at POPLA. The no authority to issue ticketsis a popular winner currently.

I think this another PE site where they won't want to disclose how much they are paying for the fishing licence.

From there you can deduce that a POPLA appeal will be winnable.

North lake, I'm not sure what you mean about a fishing licence? But thanks. You've all given me confidence and I intend to get in touch with that management for the site contact thank you so much.

So I'm attempting to type up an email to Savills. What the hell
Do I say? 'Hi I got a ticket please cancel it'? Do I write complaint? Do I need to be careful
In this not to mention that 'I' am the driver, as explained about when appealing? I really feel
Like I'm feeling around blindfold with this :/

Ahh do you mean what they are paying to the landowners? Well that'll be good.

Would suggest you remove the 1st line of the post above.
The parking companies trawl the forums seeking to tie posters in with PCN's issued.

Missed your post done it now!

I wouldn't bother with Savills they rarely help. Appeal to PE in the first instance. The appeal to PE can say pretty much anything as long as it is clear you are appealing.

PE will reject your appeal (they always do) and provide a POPLA code where you will win using the appeal reasons I gave before.

http://parkingeye.parkingfine-appeals.co.uk/faq/ticket/retail-park-agent-appeal/ I found these lovely templates, for what to say when contacting Savills. however, I am wondering if I should follow these? Should I change the (reason for overstay) aspect to 'in this occasion the driver' rather than 'on this occasion, I'?

Appeal as the registered keeper. Never admit to being the driver.

Ok, I might still contact Savills just to cover as many basis as possible, and I wonder if I should go back to Pizza Hut, and smiths toys, saying that 'I've contacted Savills, here are the contact details, if you actually want to help
A REGULAR CUSTOMER such as I you could actually contact them and request they get this dropped?'

What do you think guys? I also thought if I made a strong complaint to these retailers they might try to appease me with vouchers? Haha
