Anyone help with this problem in Prague all week no problems but trying to access to add funds this morning I get as far as entering password then get message unknown error at same time I receive access code but program doesn't go to next step to allow me to enter code have tried on tablet and mobile phone always same problem

You mean the access code sent by sms? Try an uninstall and re-install of the Revolut app.

It was problem with revolution system got a reply from support it was back up funning OK about 1200hrs so panic over. Just to clarify when I entered my password in the program I received the code via SMS but the actual program did not go to the part where you had to enter the code have to add the exchange rates here have been great is cz bank exchange rates are about 31cz to GBP the exchange places average about 33.40 revolut last 2 days 35+

i plan having a trip and i don't know if i will have roaming enabled.
i just wonder, how could i log into the app if they send me the sms code?..

you will not get sms code without first logging in via the app you can either get your network provider to enable roaming or use free wifi if available wher you are going.

why not just use free wifi.Yes you can change the number but you would be best contacting revolut support.if this is what you have in mind
1?when you get to your destination you are getting a local sim card.?you would then have to register the number with revolut.Might be a delay.
You then use the local sim for internet and phone calls!
Note when revolut send the acces code i think its valid for 20 min.
Far better to use your current provider for receiving sms and free wifi for the internet that what i do.
I also have the option af a dual sim phone.so if i needed to and there was no free wifi i could use a local sim for internet.
Free wifi is avaiable in most places check with where you are going.
also check with your network provider what there rates are for data when roaming.You only need the net for topping up and checking revolut ballance.So no need for the net for very long.

great thats even better saves a lot of calculations when at an atm ie/4000cz sorry cannot dispence 4000cz please select 3500 or 5000
above only an eg of what i was getting when away.
