I just logged on to Noodle and had a little message about them now giving their credit score for free, for life. A three digit credit score has appeared on my report of the first time.

For what it's worth...;)

I can see the draw though. I know it's meaningless but I still want it to be higher!:D

At least a free meaningless number is better than one you pay for :-)

agreed CRA scores mean little, but if they are giving a score, why not say what it's out of, and the various ranges for the scores..

A stand alone figure means little and is worth even less

    5/5 and 642.

Particularly interesting that the two scores in no way correlate to each other, as if we needed further proof it means nothing.

Just logged in and saw this too. So exciting!! First time I've seen my three-digit credit score :D

I especially like their red-to-green meter graphic. I notice it uses words from Very Poor to Excellent and there are five in total - hmm if only there were some other way to show which of those five I was closest to........
I got 5/5 and 638 but, since I'm a total geek, I checked the source code and it contains the line: data-score="83". 83?! Surely not a two-digit score as well?! I can hardly contain myself here, fetch me a paper bag before I hyperventilate...

I think they just use random numbers. Pick a number ... any number ..

4/5 and 608 (between fair and good).

Oh wait, the numbers means nothing.
    At least it's free.
