That does sound confusing CY. and poo to your mums comment. Not helpful at all!
I know I mentined before about Macmillan- do they have any nurses based in your hospital? When I saw the oncologist at Leeds one of them came with me. Might be an option - she helped by asking questions I didn't have the words for, and talked to me about the answers after. They also might have ideas for coping with your particular flavour of chemo (some dietary changes might help with the side effects, or avoiding strenuous activities for however long after your sessions). Anyway, I'll stop waffling on - bossy by name and all that!

Kitchen basics done after paid stuff, school and work things ready for morning. I'd better go to bed, I'm up at 5.30  my mum is here tonight to sort the littlies for school in the morning...

    Morning all.

CY- What the Bossy one said!

In a foul mood here this morning with DH - regulars will know why. Supposed to be taking the day off with him tomorrow, might decide to do paid stuff instead.

Anyway, a dust round my hobby room this morning and maybe a look at the list.

    Have a great day everyone.

Cy sounds v confusing. Deffo think about giving macmillan a ring. They are really helpful.

Mumof2 this is 2nd time around for us with bb. We're on s5 now and am enjoying watching Walt unravel. It's gripping telly. Knitting a cardi at the mo. Not done any for a bit coz I get too sweaty when it's hot lol.

List should be doable today. Gonna chuck a wash on in a bit.

Dd1 has a induction day at her next school today. She's v excited.

    Right to get sprogs up!

Have a good day everyone xxx

    Morning

Jazee my OH sat watching tennis last night while I cleaned the kitchen, washed the floor, sorted a mountain of laundry, walked the dog and sorted DSs bed after him having had a nosebleed. Then at nearly ten o'clock when I was on my way to bed he asked if I would help him with a form he has to fill in.

In fact DH is doing nothing at the moment. More and more seems to be landing on my shoulders.

Anyhow all that aside work this morning, hairdressers, then L@dl for the shopping. LR needs a good hoover and dust and the stairs is covered in dog hairs as usual.

Oh and I didnt get any windows cleaned yesterday.

Have a good Tuesday everyone x

    Morning everyone.

Kitchen mostly done yesterday. Living room was swept after DGS2 took the stair carpet up and after new carpet was fitted. Got the bathroom cleaned as well.

Went to docs and discovered I have shingles. Thought it was a heat rash but had pain with it. Was quite shocked. I feel ok in myself.

    Welcome to newbies and returners.

MrsMP Hope you feel ok soon.

CY I understand why you are confused, it is fine to ask for some clarification, at times like this it is impossible to decifer everything. Remember we are here everyday for you xx

Jazee hugs sweetie I know how much these times hurt you xx

YL Same has been the case here, had a tearful heart to heart on the weekend as it all got too much. So far things a little better, they just don't get it do they xx PM me or FBMsg if you need to rant.

Ok 45 minutes until the paid stuff, going to spend it rescuing the kitchen. DS2 is getting bored at home, today he'll be on hoovering duty ;)
