Thank you for the lists natty and bossy
Glad you had a good holiday FFP thank you so much for giving us the news that pigpen is alright. We were worried.
Glad you had a great birthday dancemum.
Last week of school and work here then it's the summer hols.
I feel ok now but had a really strange weekend, woke up in agony early hours of saturday morning really intense pain in my groin and pins and needles in my legs, how ever I laid I could not get comfy, at time my legs felt dead and numb. Stood it till Saturday morning then DH took me to local chemist, she said it was referral to hospital and would I go straight away! Told Dh drop me at urgent medical dept at local hospital. Dr three said I have pulled my quad muscle, and gave me prescription for pain killers. Went back to chemist, Dr hadn't signed the prescription so she couldn't give it me but found an over counter sub. Pain has gone but my knees ache and me legs still fee at times like they don't belong to me. Very strange as I can't work out how I can possibly have pulled a muscle, I was fine Friday night we'd gone out for a meal with DD1 her fianc!e and DS2 as a late birthday treat for her. What ever it was I just hope it doesn't come back.

Paid stuff now, but I've quickly hoovered through, put the recycling bins out, walked the dogs, got the second wash load in the machine, and have cleaned some small appliances in the kitchen.

    Catch you all later.
Spend less now, work less later.

Got a load of washing on and had to whiz over to school as Z forgot her PE kit and her lesson's first thing - typical. Not going to be able to do this when J starts at Basingstoke as have to get S to school so Z is going to have to plan ahead a bit more.

Pip has to go to the vets at 9.30 but going to take Whiz too - J is going to drop me off with them at the vets and then I'll walk them back home through the fields by the river; should be a nice start to the day. Then on with the attack on the kitchen!!

    Morning all.

Glad to hear you are OK pigpen and hope you'll feel able to come back to us soon - we miss you.
Take care, mrs-mp. That sounds nasty!

Thank you for the new list, Natty. A busy week ahead for me, and I have to go to a funeral on Wednesday, so will not be around much for the next few days: I will try to keep up with the thread but may not have time to post.

This morning I have washed the bed linen because DH spilt his early morning cuppa , S&S'd the kitchen, and mowed the lawn although it was quite wet - more rain is forecast, and the sheets may end up in the TD later. I spotted dirty windows on the china cabinet in the DR and cleaned them, now I can see just how dusty the shelves are :rotfl: but that will have to wait for another day. Off to take DH to the railway and then go shopping before going to my vol job for the first time since the Spring Bank Hol

Hope everyone has a good week. More hugs to CY especially but everyone else in need too x Spoons and sticks also available (the ash tree is shedding them by the barrowful - if only I had a barrow!) - please help yourselves.
