Jeez...17 pages of comment about an offer that doesn't exist?

There are too many people on here with too much spare time.

And post #334 will be remembered as one of them :rotfl:

Count me in on the offer for some spare time. Does it earn quidco rebate too?

    Where is the link?

Well I still wouldn't rule it out completely, I missed this one, but I've had goods before after being told that I wouldn't get them.

Not as far as I know, and not even any more emails just the
acknowledgement and confirmation and that was on the 14th at 11:30 and 17:00.

Most of us received reschduled date of delivery [as 28th instead of 21st]

    Wait and see!

Dell will not be responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors'

Unfair term. Otherwise Dell could claim that any term that subsequently proves to be unfavourable is a typo. That's a nonsense. A contract is a contract, including typos, unless it's unfair. That's why contract lawyers earn a groat or two. It has to be right.

If Dell has given a delivery date then that's part of the contract.

But it needs to be sorted out in court, and that needs a punter who has lots of time and nothing to lose. So step up students and the unemployed.
