And I have had "We have located your Order but we cannot advise a status, please contact Dell Customer Service." on my order for a few days now.

I'm in the same situation (as bold), but have emailed them now (using the standard form online) to check the status, and hopefully find out one way or the other, so I can either relax or move on.

I realise that - but if I knew i definitely wasn't getting the drives from Dell, I can look/buy an alternative elsewhere.

At present I'm in a kinda Limbo, where I may spend £50-60 on another drive(s), then Dell might yet honour the deal, and I end up spending near £100, and with more drives than I need/can use.

Fair enough, but this one is so cheap, assuming they come through, it is worth waiting a day ot two more before getting anxious .

I never contact them myself.

Just got an email:

The original estimated Delivery Date has changed because of a delay with our suppliers - however we are working to complete your order as quickly as possible.
