Our techies are working on a fix for this. You can email us your IP address and we can check it to see if it's something we (Forum Team) can help with but you can also try re-setting your router if not.

One of the in-house Forum Team (Megan, Zorica and I) will post on the thread with any updates.

My IP address was also banned on Saturday and I spend my life on here reporting spam not creating it!

As mine is a static IP I can't change it at will like some can so was absolutely stuck. Finally got it removed from the banned list but it took a fair bit of emailing and persistence.

I think these new anti-spam measures are probably a bit over zealous if they are catching ordinary and legitimate users.

Now sorted obviously with a router reboot.

Fortunate, as often that doesn't get me a new IP every time, but was lucky today.
