I have looked into the trains but for the €€ involved it makes a lot more sense to drive and stay in dover the saturday night (5.5 hour drive to dover from home :-()
By getting an early ferry we can still be there by middayish.
    Thanks for the input though

Apologies if this has been covered already. I am traveling with my family (2 Adult, 2 Children) by car and ferry and I've booked [FONT=&quot]ibis budget Marne la Vall!e for our time in the area, so only tickets required

We want 2 days in Disney Paris on the 13th & 14th Aug and I want to know the best place for tickets. I've seen a number of recommendations, but I'm not sure which to go with. ce-multiavantages was mentioned, but I'm not sure if I can use this as I live in the UK.

    Any help would be appreciated.

yes you can use cemultiavantages no problem living in the UK :).

2-day consecutive-use tickets through them are 59 euros each, plus 20 euros to join their site.

    cemultiavantages.. Fantasy pass -

Our youngest turns 3 in July, were due to travel in the next few weeks where entry for her will be free. However when we return again, she will be over the free age of 3.

How do we get an annual pass for her?

I guess we would have to pay child full price next time we visit..?

Hi MG12 - that's a good price for the ferry! Would you mind me asking what company you are looking at? We usually use the tunnel, but that's a great price for the ferry.

Edited to add - Cite Europe is your best bet for a french supermarket - big shopping mall type place, can't miss it! It's really near the Euro tunnel terminal, not far off the A16. Food outlets, perfume shops, french hyper market, loads of stuff there.

  • Hi There

I have done a little reading but still a bit overwhelmed of where to start really. I'm looking to book a 7 day trip for my Fiance and I, flying to Paris from Glasgow or Edinburgh and staying at one of the Disneyland Paris resorts in June 2014. Does anyone have any hints on what websites I should be looking at for cheaper prices etc? Is it better to book it all via a particular company or doing it more diy style? Many thanks in advance. :)

you can pay cemultiavantages 35 euros for her childs fantasy pass when you buy the others for your party, and then change it for her permanent AP at DLP before she is 3, there is no problem doing this :).

first of all, 7 days is a long time at DLP - its not like WDW, there are 2 parks, Disney Village, and the resort hotels. Most people, especially in low season (June midweek) find 3 or 4 nights is long enough to do everything you want to and your favourites several times over :). Avoid weekends and check school holidays before you book.

Book your flights first, they are the things that are likely to go up rather than down, the longer you leave it to book.

Book your accommodation separately and look out for offers - have a look at the current offers on the official DLP site for this year, see what the best deals are, depending on how long you want to stay etc. This will give you an idea of the onsite hotel prices for next year.

There are cheaper ways if you don't want onsite, there are loads of offsite but nearby options, plus buying annual passes from a discount site like cemultiavantages (nearer the time its too soon at the moment for next year) will give you park access and discounts on food and souvenirs at DLP.
