    Hi all,

Looking for a bit of advice. Have priced up Disney to go on 1st Jan, 3 nights, 2 adults, 1 child, staying at the Cheyenne. £811.00 for tickets, accommodation and brekkie - is this about the going rate? Add on the flights and meal plan and it works out at £1600... Am I mad to consider it?! First time abroad, so a bit nervous about doing things separately which looks to save about £75.

Suppose what I'm asking is would it be much less than this at other times of year (restricted to school holidays), if I wait for the various sales?

    Thanks for any advice

    Vtmil x

that is very expensive. we pay £250 less for 4 nights usually. we went in july, peak season 2 nights for £400. i would wait for a special offer.
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.

Thanks both. That offer looks good ap! Just my luck that I booked up last night. Decided, in the true spirit of money saving, to do it all separately and after reading through this tread got a few good ideas! So thanks to the people who mentioned:

    Hotels.com / Magic Circus: £360/4 nights.
    Eurostar: £320.
Cemultivantages /promoparcs: haven't booked yet but fingers crossed - if not disney site has ticket as back up.

So going to cost around £1000 - £1100, which I am happy with considering the last minute nature of it. And my daughter's face was a picture when I told her last night! So excited!

Just looking for cheap buffalo bill tickets - does anyone know if they are still available?

    Thanks all

  • I'm looking to book the Sequoia Lodge for four nights starting 19th March for me, mum and DD(10) flying from Manchester. it's coming out at £1100 with flights and transfers. I think that's including breakfast and park tickets. What do you guys think?

I've been before but it was years ago. Mum is nearly 80, fairly active but can't walk miles. I thought a Disney hotel would be better but I'd be very grateful for help and suggestions. Would one of the Montana rooms be better? Not bothered about the view -Not planning on being in the room much but would like a nice hotel for the lounges, swimming pool, transport etc.

You may not get your cemultiavantages tickets on time, mine took about 2 weeks to reach me without any bank holidays.

Hi use MSE all the time but just decided to join the forums and hoping someone can offer some tips here! Looking at a 3 night trip/four day stay at DLP from Sun 24th Mar. This is two adults and 2 children (9 and six months). Hotel onsite works out at £600 and flights from Manchester with FlyBe first one out on Sun and a later one back Wed £385.

Anyone seen this any cheaper? Also are the meal options available on the DLP website worth it? Seen tips on making sandwiches up etc for lunch. Which shows are worth seeing? Also not looked into transfers from CDG. How much are they and are tickets best purchased in advance?

Any hints and tips from previous visitors to DLP or people due to go much appreciated.

    Thanks

With the current 'irresistible' offer they're doing, that's about right. Weirdly enough, i've booked exactly the same dates from Manchester too... strangely even though it's normally a more expensive hotel, the Sequoia Lodge is coming up cheapest (out of the 4 non-luxury ones) so i just got £654 for 4 nights for 2 adults, 1 child. I've not booked flights yet as on the Air France website, there's a million time options and the ones i want are the dearest on each leg of the journey, but even if i book the dearest ones that i want, the total is £375. Total for the 4 nights would be £1030, so bit more than i wanted to pay but tbh, it wasn't going to be much less than that with any other offer IMO
  • Hi
I'm off to Euro disney in March, I have been before but years ago. We ate with the princesses last time but was thinking of booking Mikeys cafe this time. I've been reading the reviews on travel advisor about Mikeys cafe and they are pretty negative. I have twin 4 year old boys and an older daughter and the thought of waiting outside for ages then waiting for the food would be a knightmare.

Is there a better way to meet the characters? Or a better time to go the Cafe so there isn't a huge delay?
If its not worth it i could queue up for a meet and greet although I'm not sure the characters who do the cafe do meet and greets?

Any advice would be brilliant, I really want to make sure we don't have a knightmare we've saved up for so long to go!

    Thank you x
  • Hi,
I'm a newbie seeking advice. Hope to visit Paris DNL August 2013 anytime from 17th looking at 4 days/3 nights, there's 2 adults and DD aged 13 and DS aged 8. Looked on DNL website at Radisson Blu Hotel - has anybody stayed there or are there other hotels you would recommend. Have never been before so would appreciate any advice on what passes to buy, places to eat DD also wants to visit Paris/Eiffel Tower etc. Not sure how to travel whether plane or Eurostar as we live in the North East but have family in the south so could drive partially and then do train. So would love to hear of how others have done it. Suggested budget etc..
    Many thanks :D
