is it just you and your girlfriend going 5winds? If it is, and you've booked your trip through Disney, you might want to have a look at the French flash sale for your dates -

you might get a very nice onsite hotel for the same price that you've paid for the DCR, and if you've booked directly through Disney and have your existing booking confirmation number, you could call French Guest Services (don't worry, they speak very good English) tomorrow and see if you could change to a hotel instead of the DCR, without having cancellation charges etc.0 -
Yes just me and the girlfriend I'm pretty sure I booked thru Disney Paris I have my confirmation letter that's been emailed and also the booking number I suppose it wouldn't hurt to call and find out! If they say I can be moved to an onsite hotel which would you recommend and also will it still be ok with the car as I want to take her to Paris for a day or 2 after!!
Is there a must for the trip that I would need to book previously she isn't into the faster rides as she has a heart condition so that doesnt bother me but does love the princess side of things car actuaries and shows etc... Will I need to book before I go and are these at extra costs??
Sorry for being so simple but we all have to start somewhere ha

all the onsite hotels have their own car parks, which as a guest of the hotel is free for you to use for the duration of your stay. I'd go for the Hotel New York or the Sequoia Lodge in January, they are lovely hotels and close to the resort parks.

There is a Princess Pavilion at DLP, this is a queued meet n greet which your girlfriend would like I think (this is free). The Princesses are in the main daily parade, and some of them are in the Studios parade, also daily. There is also a Princess meal, but its very expensive.

Have a look at DLRPMagic - its got tonnes of great information on whats available around the parks - read it all.
oh, by the way, the phone number you need to change your hotel is -
00 33 1 60 30 60 53. Phone a Discount Dial number first from a UK landline, to get the call for 0.5p per minute.0 -

I'm sure with 3 days there we will be able to see most things and along as she enjoys it I'm happy
Thanks again0 -
Hello!
Has anyone had a good experience booking at disneylandparisoffers dot com ?
They've quoted me £869 for 2 adults flying from Manchester, 1st March to 4th March, 3 nights at Sequoia Lodge (with daily passes) which seemed pretty good. It beat Co-operative travel & eurodisneydirect but I'm not sure if I can get any cheaper, spent an hour looking around and don't seem able to!
We prefer to stay at a disney hotel hence the Sequoia lodge
Thanks for any help/advice!

have you looked at booking the flights yourself then paying for the onsite hotel/park tickets as a package?
eta - just had a look on the official DLP site - for your dates the Sequoia Lodge is £620 for the hotel and park tickets. This is with no real special offer price, so personally, I'd wait for an offer. Have a look and see if you can get good flights for your dates, and if the flights are a decent price, book them, then wait for a good deal for the hotel/park tickets package.0 -
So.....13 days until we go! I literally cannot believe how fast its come around seeing as we booked it in January!
I just wondered if anyone has any final tips really?
we have booked transfers with ezyshuttle i think, the one everyone recommended, we have booked into cafe mickey, checked in for flights online and printed boarding passes, changed all euros, got our european health cards. Anything else left thats practical to do?
We have saved times whilst on the parks by going through the menus of all the restaurants as im a bit of a strange eater so we have a list of all restaurants where we might eat from, high on our list is rainforest and annettes diner. have put a roll of sandwich bags in our suitcase so we can take snacks from breakfast as suggested on here.
we have a 5 and 6yr old with us so just wondered if there are any 'Must see's or do's" in your eyes.
The boys still dont know we are going, we have a santa coming round to the house half an hour before we leave for the airport, we are sending the boys to school but picking them up early and telling them they have a hearing/eye test, and then taking them home for santa to give them their tickets and tell them they are going :-)0 -
Thankyou balletshoes, it's going to be my girlfriend's Christmas present, so really intending to get it all tied up about now. Thanks for your advice though!0

I'm looking to book disneyland paris for myself and bf in the next day or so! But desperately need some advice!
I'm gonna just book through a cheap deal at ice lolly - hotel is kyriad disneyland paris - cheap, basic - I don't mind to be honest!
Anyways it wasnt about that.
We'll be going for 3 nights and want to see the rest of paris, How easy is it to get into the city centre from disney/hotel area?
Any supermarkets around the area?
Tickets
Whats the best tickets to get? I was just gonna get the livingsocial deal £39 for a ticket for both parks - one day validity though.
Im concerned about how much money people are taking with them....someone mentioned £1000 for 2 people. I definitely will be taking at least £300 but that would be it!0 -
