Edit: Also as we are staying offsite breakfast is not included, this is ok for our boys as they are quite picky, but just wondered where would we go to eat breakfast as Cafe mickey is way too overpriced for what they would eat at breakie? I know starbucks but I can't think of what I could buy to eat like a scone etc??? Anywhere that you can buy toast? Yogurts ? Cereal that is open early?

Where in Val D'Europe are you staying? If there's a fridge in your room you could pick up some bits from the Auchan supermarket the day before and make yourself something before you set off. Or the hotel might do breakfast even if it's not included in your room rate - it might cost a few € but should be cheaper than Cafe Mickey!

Alternatively, there are a couple of little bakeries near the Val D'Europe train station where you should be able to pick up some pastries or a baguette, maybe coffee & juice to eat on the train if that would work. We didn't buy there but had a nosy when we were visiting the shopping centre and prices aren't too bad - cheaper than Starbucks anyway. Not sure about opening times, but similar places in Paris open pretty early for people on their way to work etc, would assume it would be the same there.

Or McDonalds in the village do some breakfast stuff but they're only open at 9am I think.

Thanks for reply - no we don't have a fridge in room we are staying d'elysse - and I know they so have a breakfast option! But its just not worth it for our boys! Thanks for the heads up about the little bakeries though ! Thats what I was hoping for !

I never even contemplated mccdonalds ? So thats another option ! Cheers.
  • I took the plunge and brought the weblink of ebay for £2.99 for the cheap tickets to DLP

I have now brough 6 tickets @ £23 each bargain all a bit scary at first filling out the form but as i knew it was the officail DLP website and i translated into english was all ok plus i got to print the tickets off there and then.

would you mind sharing the link for your purchase? i'm looking for tickets for my november trip :) thank you.
  • hi all, may I know how long in advance can I purchase the tickets? my trip is in Nov and I don't see much attractive prices in the websites could it be due to the school holidays? I'm only going for one day, I know it's really short so I need to really short list a few points to visit. any recommendations? thanks for sharing ^^

We got back from DLP last night, and stayed at the Cheyenne. Can I just thank everyone who posts advice on here, you made our holiday the best it could be as I knew where to go and had ideas for things. We had a ball and the only thing I would say to anyone is dont use your half board meal voucher at the Cheyenne restaurant. Its crap compared to others!!

I was cringing a bit that we were in central Paris and ate breakfast in McDonalds (it was Sunday - not much else was open!) but it wasn't bad, especially if you want somewhere to sit down and eat. They do a breakfast meal-deal where you get a hot drink (coffee was very nice, tea was Lipton tea bags and vile!) &/or orange juice and a choice of either 1, 2 or 3 food things from a menu - McMuffin, pancakes, chocolate muffin, mini pastries and fruit I think from memory.

There's also a bakery place inside the Disneyland train station - we only went in later in the day when they had sandwiches but would assume they do pastries etc earlier on. Or there's a counter in the little Relay convenience shop there which sells pastries, muffins (maybe donuts?) and coffee. Depends what you want really and what kind of stuff your boys will eat.

We are going to dlp for 4 nights but will only be visiting the parks on wed/thurs/fri, can anyone give me an idea on how much spending money I would need? There will be 3 of us going.

    Hello,

Sorry if this has been answered before, I did a search but couldn't find it. I've booked a night at Santa Fe for 2 people to use the free Sky ticket offer the day after. We booked this hotel because we thought we would get Magic Hours, but Expedia have now said that we won't be eligible? Can someone confirm whether or not we will get the EMH because we're staying at a Disney Hotel please?

    Many thanks,

    Therese

Looks like you can... Just ask at reception. I doubt the actual hotel know anything about who you booked with, what deal you got etc. I guess you would just be another guest to them.
