In your experience, is staying onsite or offsite works out better?0

with little children, I think onsite to be honest, as you can easily walk from even the furthest hotels (Santa Fe and Cheyenne) to the parks in about 15 minutes stroll. I'd take a light fold-up buggy for your youngest though, you will walk miles at DLP every day without realising it.
The shuttle buses to and from the onsite and offsite hotels are the most crowded bit of DLP, so onsite means you can avoid them completely.
Once your children are older and don't need a buggy, then offsite with annual passes are great, as it gives you the most flexibility and you can get better hotels for your money.0 -
Hi,
I am going to dlp on Tuesday for 4 nights, staying at the Magic Circus Hotel. Does anyone know if it is possible to walk to the parks from this hotel or is the shuttle the only way to get there?
thanks xxx0 -

yes you can walk, it will take around 25 minutes (you walk to the Santa Fe hotel and then down through the hotel blocks there to the river then follow that to the Village).
However, next week is low low season so I'd imagine the shuttle buses from the Magic Circus won't be that busy.0 -

Thank you so much x I was wondering whether it would be very busy next week, so hopefully the queues wont be too bad if its low season x0 -

We stayed at the Magic Circus 7-10 May this year and the shuttles were busy, but fine. We always got on with the pushchair not folded, and buses seemed to be very frequent. We were never tempted to walk, especially as you walk so much in the parks!0 -
Is it not possible to take a buggy onto the train if staying offsite? We're staying in val d 'europe and will have two buggys and plan on staying until after dreams? So will be after 11pm? TIA
Edit: Also as we are staying offsite breakfast is not included, this is ok for our boys as they are quite picky, but just wondered where would we go to eat breakfast as Cafe mickey is way too overpriced for what they would eat at breakie? I know starbucks but I can't think of what I could buy to eat like a scone etc??? Anywhere that you can buy toast? Yogurts ? Cereal that is open early?0 -

there must be a way, maybe ask at the ticket office where the disabled entry/exit to the train platforms are?0
