Rachie B - What time of year did you stay at the adagio? Really think it might be for us, but for some reason have a niggling doubt at the back of my mind:(:silenced:0

Just wondering whether anyone here has ever been to the later (9:30pm) Buffalo Bills Wild West Show and stayed at one of the Disney hotels? If so, how did you get back 'home' afterwards?
We're quite tempted to give it a try after after seeing an offer posted on DISBoards for €29 tickets (here if anyone else is interested - it's a flash sale from FNAC &/or Carrefour) but I can't work out how easy it would be to get back to the Santa Fe afterwards. It looks like the show would finish around 11pm which is the same time the DLP website says the shuttle buses stop - would we be able to catch the last shuttle back after the show do you think?
Tickets are the same price for the 6:30pm show but I'm not convinced we would get there from Paris in time on the Monday, and wouldn't really want to give up park time to do it on the Tuesday evening so 9:30pm would work better for us. I don't want to book it though only to find we are stuck with a cold dark walk back to the hotel at 11pm or having to stump up a fortune for a taxi.
Any thoughts?0 -

I'm sure the onsite buses don't stop at 11pm - because Cafe Mickey and the bars etc in the Village are still open at that time. Certainly when we went to the 9.30pm showing of BBWWS in November midweek last year the onsite and associated hotel buses were still running for us all. We got out of the show at around 11.15, and were on the 11.30 bus (we were at the Dream Castle).
How old are your children? The reason I'm asking is because its a very long day if you're in the park all day then at the late BBWWS show. To be honest, if you have young children, it would probably be worth it losing a little park time and going at 6.30pm (you don't need to be there until after 6pm, to get your cowboy hat and be seated). You don't get your food until well after 9.30pm also, if you're at the late show.0 -
Wow thanks balletshoes, that was fast!!
I thought it seemed a bit early but this is from the official DLP website:
Getting from your hotel to the Disney Parks is easy. Take the free Disneyland Paris shuttle service to anywhere your heart desires.
· The shuttles leave every 12 minutes, so you'll never wait long.
· They run 7 days a week between 6.30 am and 11.00 pm.
· You can jump off at any Disneyland Resort Paris hotel or opposite the SNCF station at the entrance to Disney Village.
Unless maybe that is the time of the last shuttle from the hotel to the parks / village and not vice versa? Could be now I've re-read it which would make more sense.
No children, just me and the husband - so two big kids really, but not bothered about being up or eating lateAlthough I do actually think from past Disney experience in America that we'll still be a bit knackered after being at the parks all day on Tuesday (hopefully 8am-8pm if we can get in for EMH), so we were thinking of going on the Monday night after we arrive from a couple of days in Paris.

Vikki I'm quite sure the buses run after 11pm every night - you can always ask at your hotel though to make sure
. The 9.30pm show was great fun, but on reflection it was a little late for us (we are usually in bed by 11pm at DLP, bathed, in PJs and ready to hit the hay for another early morning
).

Looks like weather will be good. Fingers crossed.
I heard that it is possible to book a table near the fireplace where the pricesses dance at Auberge de Cendrillon...should I do this beforehand (tried twice so far but couldn't do it for some rason or another) or can I do it once I get there??
Hi there we booked before hand and when I got to the desk inside the Auberge I asked then. We were near the fire and they danced right in front of us. Aurora then took my DD hands and took her to dance - magical! HTH0 -

I've previously posted re DLP offers so apologise for sounding like a stuck record
We're looking to book a 4 night/5 day break 1-5 June. Disney's current offering of 1 night/1 day free runs up to 23rd May then again from 10th June... typical! I'm guessing we're choosing a busy time or something which means Disney have no need to discount.
Do I book and pay the full price or wait and see whether another offering is forthcoming? My gut feeling is a further offer won't appear now but paying full price seems harshCan I assume that ringing Disney and actually asking for a discount wouldn't help lol.
Many thanks0 -

its not been a week since the end of the flash sale yet has it? i'd still wait, theres plenty of time for DLP/voyage privee etc to come out with an offer for your dates (especially since you're getting no discount at all for your dates at the moment).
no harm in calling DLP and asking for their best price either, can't hurt can it?0 -

Can't help with deals sorry, we managed to get a good one because we booked last year. It does seem to be really busy though as it's half term. We're going then and booked our Eurostar seats months ago and they were fully booked months ago. Have you checked that transport's available for when you want to go?0
