Can anyone tell me how often the shuttle runs from the Adagio apartments to DLP? (We'll be there at the start of June). If it's not very often, would we be better off getting the train?

    Thanks!
we felt they didnt start early enough or finish late enough for us ! we like to spend alllll day @ Disney lol

so we used the train, very convenient and easy and a few euros :)
  • Hi all. I have been looking around to locate a cheap 1 day hopper ticket for my visit to Disneyland on the 7th Feb. I have seen this site that was recommended and just wanted to make sure I was purchasing the right thing! Would it be this one? DISNEY - FRANCILIENNE - 1J - 2 PARKS
    (http://www.fnacspectacles.com/recherche/rechercheRapide.do?search=disney)

I assume I can still buy it even if I am not from France? At 43euros, its a lot better than the cost of buying one here. Also it seems that FNAC (the sellers) now allow you to print etickets. Has anyone tried this? Do they let you straight into the park?

We are on a tight budget so this saving would be great if we can do it.
  • Thomson has phoned, they phoned disney and the tickets are fine as our names are correct on the letter with them , yeah. Been very impressed witht he standard of service from thomson, always called us back, never put us on hold, and in the shop know who we are and excited for us lol

Glad Thompson sorted out the problem Bluecow :)

Didnt go to Cafe Micey last year and plan on doing it this year. I have read on here for a while that buying a pizza and sides to share works out cheaper than the set menus; just wondering if anyone knows how big the pizzas are? Just wondering if it will work out that much cheaper as a pizza (with 2 toppings) is 19 euros, garlic bread is 6 euros and 2 drinks are 6 euros so for just my 2 children it works out at 31 euros - not that much cheaper than their set menu for 2 kids which works out at 15.20 euros per child. Or is this enough for 3 people? We will be getting a bday cake so dont need to include cost of dessert.

both the pizza and the garlic bread are big dinner-plate size, so easily enough for 3 people, even 4 possibly (because that chocolate birthday cake is huge too ;)).
  • It's February.......I am very excited.................. can't wait to see our boys faces when we arrive on the 15th:j

for anyone heading to DLP this weekend and into next week - please please please make sure you have plenty of warm clothes to take with you and keep your children wrapped up -

    http://www.accuweather.com/en/fr/paris/623/daily-weather-forecast/623

real feel temps for the area are expected to get as low as possibly -15 degrees in the daytime. For comparison - thats only a few degrees higher than the lowest recorded temperature in the Highlands of Scotland, in the depths of the winter 2010/early 2011. There is no snow expected to warm up the temps either.
  • Ive bought us all thermals & my son has the thickest snowsuit i've ever seen. Hopefully he'll be nice & toasty!
COMP WINS FOR HUBBY & I SINCE SEPTEMBER:
2 £50 DOMINOS VOUCHERS, 13 PAIRS OF FOOTBALL TICKETS, MICROSOFT HOME EDTN, 2 PAIRS OF ALTON TOWERS TICKETS, 1 CASE OF PERCY PIGS, 1 PAIR OF LEATHER LADIES GLOVES, 4 COLLECTION 2000 PRODUCTS, PLAYSTATION 3 WITH FIFA 12, 5* HOTEL STAY IN LONDON, SEASON 6 OF SUPERNATURAL DVD, PERFECT PIZZA VOUCHER
  • Got thermal base layers for the kids and ski trousers for them, plus thick coats and snow boots lol, I have thermal base layers, thermal socks and walking boots, plus a charcol handwarmer.

    10 Days to go yeah

Got letter from gp about Jakes condition and will take our dla form, and consulatant letter too, but they need a letter dated from 3mths and the dla and consultant are outside that, so letter from gp says that the above named has asd (autistic spectrum disorder) so should help get us some help, even if its the pass to allow us to see crew members to help with the meet and greets.
