    Hi All,

The Voyage Prive price is by far the cheapest I have found but the ticket terms say...

"*Please be advised that the tickets do not allow multiple entries throughout the day."

On our previous visit we went between the park and studio on the same day.

Has anyone been to DLP with Voyage Prive? Is this right?

    Thanks.

We've booked Sequoia Lodge & on the booking screen it says:

    Disney Park Entrance

This offer includes daily park entrances* to both Disney parks. The ticket will be valid either 3 or 4 days depending on whether a 2 or 3 night package has been booked.
*Please be advised that the tickets allow multiple entries throughout the day.
COMP WINS FOR HUBBY & I SINCE SEPTEMBER:
2 £50 DOMINOS VOUCHERS, 13 PAIRS OF FOOTBALL TICKETS, MICROSOFT HOME EDTN, 2 PAIRS OF ALTON TOWERS TICKETS, 1 CASE OF PERCY PIGS, 1 PAIR OF LEATHER LADIES GLOVES, 4 COLLECTION 2000 PRODUCTS, PLAYSTATION 3 WITH FIFA 12, 5* HOTEL STAY IN LONDON, SEASON 6 OF SUPERNATURAL DVD, PERFECT PIZZA VOUCHER
  • Thanks for taking the trouble to look into my query.

I sent a message to Voyages Prive and they changed it.

It is the last day for the offer today so if anyone else is interested, go have a look now!

Have you tried pricing it up yourself seperately? I've found that booking the travel direct with the supplier concerned works out cheaper (in my case it was the flights, but it may be similar for eurostar)

I've never stayed half board but the general consensus is that it's not worth it. You can eat cheaper without the half board option.

Regarding insurance, don't buy it through Disney, you're not obligated to & can get it much cheaper by shopping around. Click the insurance link in the banner at the top of this website. You'll be able to get it for at least half the price Disney are charging, if not even less.

    Hi folks,

Has anyone been in Eurostar Premiere on the direct service to DLP? I was wondering what meals they served.

    TIA

Do you have to go that week? It will be very busy at DLP then, as that week is 2 out of the 3 French zones school holidays, including Greater Paris schools (where DLP is situated). I'm guessing thats why your quote is so expensive, its peak time at DLP.

Definitely try moving your dates a little, pricing up your hotel/park tickets only with the official site, then your travel separately, and unless you're convinced you'll use a table or buffet service meal voucher for every night of your stay, don't book half board. There are other options at DLP, it depends where you'd prefer to eat, and the half board vouchers don't save you any money over just paying for your meal when you are there.

how long are you looking at going to DLP for, and is it part of a longer trip to France, or are you just going to DLP?
  • Morning balletshoes, we're looking at staying 2 or 3 nights only. No we wont be going anywhere else in France, just to there and then back to Blighty. Just need a bit of help/advice on cheapest way to get and stay there as budget is not the best !!!!

Driving and taking the Eurotunnel/ferry is probably the cheapest way of getting there for a family I'd say. You can use Tesco vouchers for the Eurotunnel I understand.

If you want to stay onsite, then you're best waiting for a good offer to come up, at least 30% off I'd say, on either the official DLP website, or on Voyage Privee, possibly even Expedia (although I'm not sure they get great deals for DLP for high summer season).

If you're not that concerned about staying onsite, there are loads of options very nearby. You'd have to buy your own park tickets though, if you buy an onsite package your hotel room, breakfast and park tickets for all of you are included in the price. But in August, it might work out cheaper to stay offsite and buy park tickets separately. Have a look on travelrepublic, alpharooms, Expedia etc for "Disneyland Paris" - they will give you a starting point for the offsite hotels and apartments in the vicinity.
