Hi has anyone ever written to disneyland paris direct for a complaint - I'm just wondering how long you have to wait for an answer.
Also just out interest I wondered if there had been a spate of people being ill after eating at a Disney restaurant in last few months (this is nothing to do with my complaint by the way!)0 -

Email them. They do respond quickly.

It's been about nearly 4 weeks, I did send them an email saying I would like a response , and they said that my concerns are being investigated by the onsite team, but honestly doesn't take that long to answer a small complaint.0

That is an unusually long time. Reply to the email and query it further.0

Tis lots of travelling in the car but we are thinking of breaking it up with a stopover on the way to Paris. Enjoy your research!!
We do a stop over each time. This time we have booked the ashfor travelodge £12 per room it is only about half hour from the tunnel. We get up at 6 with and drive straight to the tunnel kids still in pj's and dress them on the tunnel. We also take bagels and jam and breakfast bars and oj and buy a coffee in the tunnel 'station' and have a picnic breakfast in the car. The kids love it and make it part of the adventure. We have the 9pm train coming back and do it in reverse, Hotel was again £15 . Booked yesterday. Sale is still on x x x:happyhear YUMMY MUMMY TO HENRY BEAR AGED 10:happyhearslimming world need to get back to target 25lb to goDisney World here we come May 2018:j0 -
Hi,
I'm thinking of taking my DD to Disneyland next March for her birthday, somewhere around the 14th. Will be going mid week to avoid massive crowds.
Want to check theres no French holidays then?
The Eurostar is just down the road from me, so looking at between £500-£650 for 2 nights and 3 days for 3 of us including travel.
They seem to be doing 30% off any 3 night stays atm.
Any advice welcome!
I can't decide what hotel to stay in? we won't have a car so if its one further away will need to have a shuttle.0 -

French schools go back to school after their early Spring break on the 12th March, so your midweek should be a good one to visit.
All of the onsite hotels are within walking distance of the parks, the Santa Fe and Cheyenne are furthest away, but still only 15-20 minutes stroll away. Typically for March visits, Disney offers at least kids under 12 free, plus at least one night free (ie 3 nights for the price of 2 etc) or up to 40% off the price. Play around with your dates etc on the Disney site, see what comes up (if you want to see if one night free comes up, price for 3 nights instead of 2, see if the offer is shown for you).0 -
Has anyone used Shortbreaks.com? They are currently doing 3 nights for 2 nights through the Morrison offer and wondered if they are okay. Thanks0
