just wondering if there is a problem with eurostar? when i try to book for the furthest dates poss (currently end of jan) it just brings up a message saying
"We were unable to locate fares for your requested outward and return journeys. You may wish to amend your search for alternative dates and departure times. If you need help with train times please refer to our timetables located in the Travel Information section of this website"
ive always been able to look before even if to just check the prices?

that sounds fine hersheys - you will probably mostly see the same characters on your lunch that you did the evening before at dinner at Cafe Mickey, but if you know thats where your family enjoy eating, then I don't see anything wrong with it :).

Thanks balletshoes. I am also planning to take bottled drinks or drinks in cartons for the kids, plus some snacks for them because they have allergies. So at least I know they will not go entirely hungry if there is not many "safe" choices for food there. I hope they are not strict on bringing food and drinks inside the parks. I might just request to use the microwave for my toddler's lunch, like baked beans in a pot.

I've been having the same problem, been trying to look for mid December. The FAQ's say you can book for Disneyland up to 180 days in advance. I emailled the help centre, & they said you can only book upto 120 days in advance, no other help offered I'm afraid.

you can call Eurostar to book over the phone if online isn't working for you (you can also register your dates with them and they can call you as soon as the dates are released for sale).

We are booked up to go in September with our 7 yr old daughter and I have read that many children "dress up" in Disney outfits. Is this during the day going on the rides etc or just in the evening for meal times and shows? Also what type of clothes are we talking about? .. full disney princess dresses or just mickey mouse type t-shirts? My wife is concerned about paying out for clothes that won't be used but mainly that our 7 year old will look like a complete lemon!

Lots of the little girls dress up through the day & evening as princesses etc. But she wouldn't look out of place in normal clothes either. The costumes in the shops there are expensive, but they're excellently made. You can get them cheaper in Tesco's etc, so it doesn't have to cost a fortune.
COMP WINS FOR HUBBY & I SINCE SEPTEMBER:
2 £50 DOMINOS VOUCHERS, 13 PAIRS OF FOOTBALL TICKETS, MICROSOFT HOME EDTN, 2 PAIRS OF ALTON TOWERS TICKETS, 1 CASE OF PERCY PIGS, 1 PAIR OF LEATHER LADIES GLOVES, 4 COLLECTION 2000 PRODUCTS, PLAYSTATION 3 WITH FIFA 12, 5* HOTEL STAY IN LONDON, SEASON 6 OF SUPERNATURAL DVD, PERFECT PIZZA VOUCHER

yep, loads of little girls wear their Princess costumes all day every day at DLP :) (my DD did too when she was younger, and now she wears Disney t-shirts etc).

Hi. Does anyone know what times the Disney hotels offer breakfast. We might arrive about 10am (ish) on our first day and wondered
whether that is too late for the hotel breakfast. Just planning ahead. At least I know ahead of time of we are eating out for breakfast or maybe pack/buy something for breakfast. Are the hotels and restaurants okay with customers heating baby/toddler food using their microwave ovens?
    Thank you.

Hi again. I am wondering whether the servings at Cafe Mickey are generous? Like if I order pizza, will it be good for 2 adults and 2 small kids (actually only 1 kid as my other one is allergic to dairy etc). Is the pasta main good for one person? Are the set meals for kids worth the money? and the adults set meals too? I would appreciate any suggestions as to what are good food choices and what are not, if any. Is it possible to order french fries/chips on its own for my highly allergic toddler if I cannot find anything else that is safe for him to eat? Thank you.
