I do know what you mean about HNY but it never seemed to be a problem and kids were always made to feel welcome even in the bar in the evening!!
Thing is, we only got back from WDW in November when we was there for 3 weeks.
I guess I kind of feel like I am flaunting 'we have a lot of money' at people who have never been and they say their kids would love to go. But we give up everything to pay for these holidays, kids do not do after school clubs, we do not have days out or trips for cinema/eating out, I feel we should have some enjoyment out of life.0 -
Oh boy, am feeling distinctly nervous.
I booked my airport transfer to Beauvais with shuttledirect.com; I have used them in Portugal, and in Spain and have never had a problem.
They have contracted the booking to Capitol Shuttle, who seem to have a very poor reputation. I decided to check out reviews and they are awful. Reports of not turning up, late arrival, no contact not waiting for planes that are delayed....
If I get stuck, I am basically stranded.
Am meant to have a pickup at 6am from Explorers Hotel.

you won't be stranded - if the worst comes to the worst and your transfer doesn't arrive at the Explorers, get the hotel receptionist to call a taxi for you (the nearest cabs will be either at the DLP train station, or in val d'europe, so only a few minutes away from you).0

Thanks Balletshoes,
Just so I am prepared, how much cash do you reckon I should have in reserve in case I need a taxi to Beauvais? 120? 180?Light Bulb Moment: Feb 2007

What time is the flight?0 -
Flight Time is 09:30
I didnt select the pick-up time. It was automatically allocated when I put the flight details in.

Just gone to book my passes & the 2 day ones are 113 euros now.
Knew I should have booked them before I went on holiday rather than after. Wonder what the chances are of them dropping price again......

Is it worth booking for June 2012 now? I'm looking to book during the half term, the first week in May. It's £800 for a Lodge room at Sequoia Lodge. That's the same price we paid just before Easter this year and I had been told that half term was a lot cheaper but I had heard the prices might go up a lot because of the celebrations. Can anyone tell me if that's a good price please?
Meant to say that's for four nights/five days0 -
