Disneyland Paris/EuroDisney - Questions & Answers

I have been looking at the ride restrictions.
I accept that the rollercoasters are "not suitable for expectant mothers".... but Autopia??? Isn't this cars going round a relatively flat pre-determined track? Surely there is nothing there that can be of any detriment to me? I don't think I even bothered with it before because it looked so tame! I had been looking forward to taking my little girls on this one. I guess Daddy will be having all the fun this time and we'll have to go again soon!
Is this just OTT health and safety at Disney or is there really something unsuitable about it?0 -
I think its because the cars can be bumped on the track into the back of each other (ie theres no automatic stop which prevents one car hitting the back of another on the track). Kind of like dodgems in that respect.0

Thanks Balletshoes, I knew you'd know the answer. I think I might make an attempt at just looking fat rather than pregnant for this one! Sadly, that shouldn't be too difficult for me!0

hopefully when you go the queues won't be ginormous
- I've never yet got on Autopia because its either closed or with huge queues.

We went on Autopia one time and wondered why we bothered
definitely not worth queuing for lol0 -
And it smells quite bad of diesel so if you don't like smells while pg I'd steer well clear!! It is very bumpy, seems to stop start, stop start.0

I think that was my impression of it when I went with other adults, we saw the queue and didn't bother. But with two under 4's I thought they might like it. They always beg to go on the machines that take 50p in the supermarket (though they very rarely get the money, they just have to sit in there and pretend!) Hopefully in March the queues won't be too bad at all. EMH are fab for things that usually have long queue times if they're open.
Thanks Blue-monkey, I'm very lucky with my pregnancies so don't think fumes or bumps will bother me. Will have to see!0 -
Please does anyone know the best place to get 2 day tickets for 24th and 25th Feb (half-term) for the 2 parks for an adult and child. We are staying in Paris so don't need accommodation. The cheapest place I've found so far is Eurostar (we are travelling to France this way) but it is £181.25 for the 2 days - does anyone know of a cheaper place to get tickets?
many thanks0 -
Hiya i was just wondering with all the knowledge about disney on here wether anyone knew when the prices will be out and able to book for feb next year.
Last time we booked in november for the feb but left this abit late to get a decent price on the eurostar (free travel for under 12's) and was wondering when would be the earliest i could book this date.
Also i dont think this is likely but does anyone think they will be having the free meals included for all the family again? this was a really gud offer and saved us loads.

going on previous years, I'd look out for the new brochure and next winter's prices around May/June this year.0
