Hi all - I'm booked to go to Eurodisney from 7 - 11 September. I've taken on board what everyone says about food. We paid the extra to go half board and have our evening meals in a choice of, I think it was, 17 different places (but not sure the names of these yet). I want to book a breakfast/lunch with the Princesses for my 4 year old daughter. Do you book this is advance or book at the hotel? Also I want to plan what rides we go on so is there a printable map anywhere on the internet? Any idea what queue lengths will be at this time of the year? TIA and sorry for all the questions x

I have been before on exactly those dates and it was quieter (it's never really dead quiet), which makes accessing rides and restaurants easier.
The easiest way to book the Princess lunch is to do it in advance with your travel agent(if you booked that way). If not, call reservations or your hotel and they will book it for you. Make sure you get a confirmation email or similar, as I had a bit of trouble booking my daughters party with the characters for her birthday.

Try here for information, such as opening times, maps etc.

There is also a forum, which is full of info. As for food prices and stuff, whilst it is more expensive than other places, I take the view I am on holiday, so it's part of it and for me, Disneyland Paris, is far better than WDW.
Have fun, and I'll wave as you come back, as we will be on our way then.;)
  • Thats excellent - thanks very much. I'm not sure how we booked as my BIL booked it all. I'll call the hotel direct though to book it. I'm really looking forward to going as it will be my first time. We haven't told my 4 year old were going yet - she'll be so excited. Off the top of your head do you know how much the Princess dinner is? Hope you have a lovely time too x

I just had a look on another site and dinner with the princess's is 49 euros per adult and I think it was 16ish for kids

Also, if driving to Ashford you might want to consider staying in the Holiday Inn in Ashford. You get breakfast and they keep your car for 7 days and get you a taxi (included) to and from the station. Considering the parking costs around £50 for 4 days at Ashford Long Stay car park and don't mention the price of breakfast (£25 for 3 of us!!!!!!!!) it is worth it - it'll save any rushing around on the day you leave and you can have a leisurely breakfast before going to the station. It has just cost us £98 and it is near the shopping outlet village in Ashford so you can get an afternoon/day of shopping in before you leave.

    !!

    Thank you Blue Monkey
£87 for the booking, I'm not going to let the OH know about the 20% off at Macarthur Glen

Talking fast food, when we went we didn't even find the food in the parks to be hot. Sometimes slightly warm/cold but was never a real hot fast meal. Most other theme parks would have atleast hot overpriced food. ;)

My recommendation, don't try the fries/nuggets/hotdog meals they sell at every location in Disney. Either wait for a proper sit down meal or go outside the disney parks.

Fast food counter I assume? Like mcdonalds, kfc, pizza hut etc here

If you want a proper hot meal there are plenty of table service restaurants

We stayed at the MR BED HOTEL in TORCY. The cost is £49 per room. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Torcy railway station, which is about a 10 minute train trip to Eurodisney.

We have just booked for 4th - 7th dec at Dream Castle Hotel. Very excited! Have scrolled through alot of the posts on here and lots of good advice. Have booked 2 character meals and will be taking lots of snacks!
I didn't manage to work out from the posts whether the Airport shuttle stops at Dream Castle hotel if anyone knows for sure.
    Thanks.

That is the vea site. It shows you where it picks you up and which hotels it stops at. Also you can book online.

Hes at a good age he will love it and with a child so young I would recommend staying at a disney hotel as its 5 mins back to the hotel as opposed to half hr - an hr plus you can pop back for a nap, change of clothes etc
