I think that this got lost...... can you have a look thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuchivers1977 wrote: »I have won an experience voucher through work and we are going to do a day trip! I am so excited as we last went before my son was born and he will be a week short of 4 when we go! Have checked and it looks like the train times are a bit different. Does the saint pancras train stop at ebbsfleet and ashford as either of those are closer for us. Also, if we choose Studios park ticket, we can get into the main park three hours before closure according to the below. Is closing time still 7pm in June. Have tried to check but not updated on the DLP site. That would mean that we would have 3 hrs in each park "ish" with Planet Hollywood in between.
Agenda
At 08.52 you will hop aboard Eurostar and head out directly to Disneyland Resort Paris, arriving at 12.27. Once there you will have to decide whether you want visit the theme park or Walt Disney Studio (if you choose the studio you will have entrance to the Disneyland Theme Park three hours before closing with the same ticket). Also included is lunch at Planet Hollywood, situated in the Disney Village. At 19.37 you will return to London by Eurostar, arriving at 21.12.There are times when parenthood seems nothing but feeding the mouth that bites you Peter De VriesDebt free by 40 (27/11/2016)0 -

Dtr is 9 &son 3 so would like to know which rides would suit them as I don't fancy too scary rides. I've booked half board plus so would like to know the best restaurants to eat. Is the buffet better or table service? Also do I have to phone and book the table for the first day before we go? Thanks everyone. This is a great thread!
Sequoia Lodge is a great hotel.
We always used to stay there, until we discovered Cheyenne.
Nothing wrong with Sequoia, except you are obviously paying extra for things like the Swimming Pool, but in 5 years of staying there, we never used it once! We're always too busy in the parks.
My eldest daughter is 10, and she loves Aerosmith Rollercoaster and Crush, in the Studios, and MineTrain and Space Mountain in the Main Park. None are too scary, but still a good thrill!
Both kids will love Tea Cups, Small World, Carousel, Autopia, Dumbo, Pinochio, Snow White, Peter Pan, Pirates of Carribean in the Main Park..... and Magic Carpets, Cars, TramTours in the Studios.
Don't forget the shows in the Studios. Lilo and Stich Live is good fun. and a couple of others i can't remember the names of !!
In my opinion, Lucky Nugget is the best all round restaurant as you get a nice mixture of good buffet food, relaxed atmosphere, plus the kids get to meet the characters.
Cafe Mickey is a shambles. They pack you in, waiters are rude, food is overpriced rubbish, and there are less charcters. But it is good for Breakfasts.
Have funPlease take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk

we had a lovely meal in Cafe mickey last year, were there @ 6pm and were only ones upstairs for a while
thought the waiters were fab, getting up and dancing etc and being lovely to all the children
and character interaction was great too
food was expensive ,of course ! but good
you need to book and get there early
but then people slag off Rainforest Cafe too, and we also enjoyed our experience there!
each to their own i guess!?
fave meal @ DLRP so far though, has to be the Steakhouse Sunday Brunch buffet ! fab all round0 -
I dont know if anyone will be able to advise or help, But we are looking at going to euro disney on the cheap and our friend has offered us to borrow her annual passes. 2 adults 2 children.
Has anyone ever used someone elses annual passes? Do they check?

Cafe Mickey has changed since last year.
We were there last month.
It is now bigger inside, as they have put a cover over the outdoor verrandah area, so they can squeeze more people in.
So there are now about 20 more tables to serve, BUT, there didn't seem to be any extra characters or waiters!!
We were there at peak time (around 8.30pm)Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk

we have gone there every year for dinner at least twice during each stay, for the past 10 years (even when it was known as LA Bar & Grill)
after this years experience, i really don't think i would ever eat Dinner there again!
much preferred the Lucky Nugget for lunch. Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk

they check all tickets as you enter the park, dont really know how thoroughly, but we have always had them taken off us, and they at least skim read them. whether they go to the extent of passport control, depends on the member of staff
