    Hi All

Has anyone else had cause to complain to Disney before they actually get there? I've been "trying" to complain to them since January regarding a refund that they took 6 weeks to process to my credit card (incurring interest etc). I've emailed Disney admin about 3 times and they have never replied, I've written to an address in Doncaster which someone at Disney gave me, no reply, and I've sent a recorded letter to the correspondance address in France over 5 weeks ago, again, no reply.

I am at my wits end with them, all I want is the courtesy of a response and its really spoiling the run up to our trip in March.

Any ideas of where to go next?

    Thanks for reading.

i think they put Goofy in charge of admin..... ;)

    Hi
We're going to France the end of May, half term week. We're staying at Berny Riviere. We've decided to go to Disney again (3rd time) for a couple of days, bought the tickets and tonight decided to stay the night to save wasting extra time driving back and forth. We've booked the Cheyenne through Expedia for the night but I was wondering about HB options. Can we still book HB (directly with the hotel) and what price would it be roughly? Is it worth it for one night?
We'll take packed lunch for the first day but obviously still need an evening meal (possibly 2) and a lunch. Any ideas? Thanks
Thank you to everyone who posts comps! :A
    I would like to be lucky,healthy & happy in 2020! :T

Due to the Euro I'd say its worth it even for one night.

Wahey, :j :j Have just booked this morning, for September, for 4 of us in the Disneyland Hotel for my daughters 10th birthday. ...:j :j :j :j :D:D:D:D
  • Well it was a bit cheaper than I thought as the price for 6 of us is 160 euro. Just booked on line and asked if I can pay in cash when I arrive. Got a telephone call 10 mins later saying no problem. Told me where the driver will be standing, asked if I needed child seats, seems very professional If for any reason they don't turn up I will go for the TGV. Will report back next week

Turned up early to collect us and on time on the way home so I would use again without hesitation. We landed early at 10am instead of 10.15 and we were checking in at the hotel for 10.55- unfortunatly our room wasn't ready but I didn't expect it to be and you can't have everything.
  • Where you able to collect your park passes and leave your luggage at the hotel ? Which hotel did you stay at ? Anything else you have to tell i would be interested in hearing as i go in just over a week. Sorry for all the questions

When you go to check in at any of the Disney hotels, even if your room is not ready, they will give you your park passes and any vouchers you have pre booked (Buffalo Bills, meals etc) and they will take your luggage for you. If you are staying in the Disneyland Hotel, they will take your luggage to your room for you.
You can then, go straight to the park and enjoy. Remember to get a time for breakfast for the days you are there on arrival, or you could end up with really early times or the later ones.

And just enjoy, as its the best place in the world for a few days of escapism
