whilst i agree the hotel you only sleep in, on our first trip to dlp we stayed in a b&b it was horrid ok we only slept there but i hated going back at night! Last time we stayed in the dream castle and it was so nice, made a lot of difference to our holiday. So I think, to me anyway the hotel does matter
I really hope I don't agree with you when I come back :D

    whats the sun offer rosered?
The Sun offer was back in November I think (it finished mid December)- £15 per person to include ferry travel & a day hopper. Of course 1 day isnt enough so you have to book their accomodation - it was through Leger. You needed 10 passwords but they never asked on booking. We got 2 nights accomodation in the Cheyenne, 2 day hoppers & ferry for 2 adults & 2 children for £326. I think their offer now is for £9.50 holidays in the UK only though.
  • Hi there,
We visited Disneyland Paris in between Xmas & NY. I bought the entrance tickets from the Disney Store as they 4 day hopper tickets for the price of 3.
We visited the park on three days so the tickets have been punched 3 times each. I therefore assume that I have one day remaining to use before the expiry date 03/04/09.
On the reverse of the ticket it says in French:-
    VALABLE 1 JOUR du 08/11/08 au 03/04/09
VALABLE 3 JOURS pendant 1 semaine apres 1ere utilisation

Using my school French to translate I think it says that 3 days must be used within a week of the first day of use and the remaining day can be taken anytime from 08/11/08 till 03.04/09.
I rang the Disney Store for confirmation and they said "No, all 4 days must be used within a week of the first day used"

Does anyone out there know which is correct - or can I check somewhere using the code number that is printed on the tickets to see if there is still 1 day left?

    Many thanks in advance!

Im sure you wont, but do let me know what its like as Im thinking of staying there or the cheynne.

It may just be me having "high standards" as dh puts it. But my hotel was a grotty b&b in MLV, Torcy and even my dh who doesnt mind slumbing it wasnt impressed with it.

Of course the hotel matters, but some people nitpick. The santa fe is a very nice, very clean basic disney hotel with all the disney extras. Characters bobbing about , that kind of thing. Some peopele probably expect far too much
    Waddle you do eh?

  • Hi

Hoping someone can advise me. We are going to Disneyland Paris towards the end of the summer. I have done a lot of research on the hotels etc & I think we are going to choose to stay in the Sequoia Lodge. However I am unsure about thebest way to get to the hotel from CDG airport, I have read that various people believe the TGV is the best option with a young child. Expensive but quick I believe. Can anyone please advise how easy is it to use this service, is it's terminal easily found at the airport & where can you buy tickets in advance - is there an easy to use website for the tickets.

Thanks in advance for your help
