Hi, we are going to disney on march the 9th, Our flight gets us to CDG at 1015am, can anbody recommend the best way to get from the airport to the park and what should we do with our luggage when we get there as check in is 3pm.We are 2 adults and 2 children. Thanks in advance.
Prices of transfers vary so look around on this thread for the best option for you. :)
When you get to the hotel (which hotel are you staying in?) there should be a luggage room to leave them in until you check in but if your hotel isnt close enough to the park to do that you can always leave them in the luggage room thing in the train station for a small charge.

How old are the children Frisbee ??

If they are under say 10 i'd go for the VEA transfer from the airport, its pricey but a lot less hassle than the train and im sure it would be cheaper than a taxi too.
Santa fe isn't that far from the parks and if you did choose the VEA transfer it drops you off outside the hotel anyway so you could just put your luggage in the luggage room and head to the parks :D

I'm staying in the santa fe too, I go on Sunday :j
and my flight is early too so ill let you know how easy it is when I get back

No, I stayed in the explorers a few months back though.
I've also read mixed reviews but after going to disney just the once I know you only sleep there and nothing else so i couldn't really care about the decor!!!! ;)

We stayed at the santa fe and loved it. And are going again next week.

Yes its boring and plain, but its a hotel room. Basic, but very clean and comfortable. I think a child had thrown up in hour hotel corridor as it smelt of sick but so what, its a hotel, you sleep and wash there.

Ive seen some bad reviews of santa fe, jsut as ive seen bad reviews of the restraunt la cantina in the santa fe, but from what i can tell and with my own experiences, people arnt half moaners and will !!!!! and moan about anything.

At the end of the day, considering the price differences id go back to santa fe again and again and this time have spent the difference on the half board option.
    Waddle you do eh?
  • We go in mid- March on The Sun offer :T - staying in the Cheyenne for 2 nights. It will be our first time so I've been doing loads of reading up. People say take the breakfast rolls for lunch - can you eat in the park or do you need to go to the picnic area outside the park? I'm thinking of taking loads of food & drink but then thought - what do you do with your bags when on a rollercoaster?
My husband wants to take the camping stove & has already put in an order for chicken curry on the first night! The smell might be a bit of a giveaway in the room.
Have just got hold of 'The Brits guide to DLP' today from the library - so far it looks really useful, but I'm sure I'll be back on this board for further advice.

we took our bags with us on the rides but then we didnt go on the rollercoasters, well dh did and i stayed with dd.

they say to eat your own food on their picnic site but i saw loads eating it in the park and none of them were told to go outside on the picnic area to eat it

whilst i agree the hotel you only sleep in, on our first trip to dlp we stayed in a b&b it was horrid ok we only slept there but i hated going back at night! Last time we stayed in the dream castle and it was so nice, made a lot of difference to our holiday. So I think, to me anyway the hotel does matter
