Can't imagine there's any cheap way to do Xmas day/Boxing Day cheaply (unless you fancy sleeping in your car!)Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
Thanks balletshoes
I'm open to the idea of staying outside DLP, but finding the tickets are the most expensive part of the trip. Any other suggestions to get them cheaply? Or is it cheapest way is to go for the official combo deals that DLP do?0 -

if you would use at least 3 days worth of park tickets, and your children are aged under 12, you might want to consider buying annual passes instead, through supertrips.net - fantasy passes would work for your dates, as there are no annual pass blockout dates during your trip. Don't buy Francillien annual passes through supertrips as those passes have non-contractual dates as well as blockout dates, so won't be suitable for a short trip to DLP.

Thanks again balletshoes.
Looking at prices it seems that staying at one of the Disney hotels is our best option.
Have you got any opinion on the hotels? Looking at tripadvisor, Santa Fe and Hotel Cheyenne have got mixed reviews, whilst Sequoia Lodge has got better reviews, but a tad more expensive.0 -

sequoia lodge is higher-rated, as it has a swimming pool and various levels of accommodation. sequoia lodge is also the most recently refurbed out of the 3.
my heart belongs to the santa fe, it was the first onsite hotel i stayed at on our first and many subsequent trips to DLP. I've stayed at other onsite hotels too, and offsite but nearby. It all comes down to price for me, because quite honestly in springtime i'm in the parks all of our waking hours.

Hi balletshoes,
Tried to book using the French website and it wouldn't let me change the country of residence.
' If your country of residence is not the one shown above, please contact our customer advisors to make the reservation.'
Did you have this problem?0 -
Just seen your many previous posts that it's ok to go with the country of residence. Thanks for all your help on this.0

Hello, we are very excited to be booking our first trip to DLP. A quick couple of questions:
Hotel New York- s the only difference between the standard room and the plaza room the view?
The cheapest deal I have found is on the Ireland site. Do I have to call them to book or can I just leave the country as Ireland despite living in England?
Thank you!0 -
Just seen its ok to leave country as is.0
