  • Can anyone help me regarding the ratatouille ride and restaurant. Does the ride end up inside the Bistro?
We are planning on lunch there on the day of our arrival and I need to book a table within the next few weeks. Just wondered on timings. Do we ride first then eat or eat first??
Any help would be really useful, thanks. :)

    No, they're separate.

I wouldn't eat before going on the ride to be honest. It's quite a tummy turner.

That's not a bad strategy for theme parks in general.
If you can queue for rides while everyone else is eating and eat while everyone else is queueing for rides then that's got to be a good thing.
  • Will it be cheaper to go to a travel agency and book a complete package to Disneyland Paris (flights, hotel, meals, tickets) or buy everything separate?
  • Who would like to share their trip to DLP? How do you book the trip, what hotel, what flight company, what restaurants, etc...

do it the other way around - source your own direct flights, hotel and park tickets, and forget about a meal plan unless its free (because its not worth paying for).

I've always found it cheaper to book my travel direct and separately from my hotel/park tickets (sometimes thats cheaper as a hotel/park tickets package, sometimes its cheaper booking the hotel separately too and then sourcing your own park tickets/annual passes). It entirely depends on the size and make-up of your party, when you'd prefer to go, and how long for.

I am thinking in stay 2 days at DLP and 2 days in Paris
    Suggestions for hotel?
  • Hi,

I see that the French site are doing an offer that kids stay free and so I am looking to book DLR for next Easter holidays (8th April - 11th April) and the price comes out to about £573 for Santa Fe/Hotel Cheyenne hotels. Does that sound decent enough? The Sequoia Lodge is about £90 extra, but I'm not sure if it's worth it, as the room would only be used to get our heads down at the end of the night.

Some of the French kids are off on holiday, zone C are still in school until the 16th. I would have liked to go during May half term, but it is going to be £400 dearer without the special offer. And tickets are also included in the special offer too.

I'll book transfers nearer the time, but isn't it quite easy to get the train from CDG to DLR? I remember getting the train to the centre of Paris a few years ago and wondered if it was just as easy to stay on (or transfer if needs be) to get to DLR.

Any help or comments would be gratefully received!

its April, its school holidays, so that price seems okay to me if its 2 adults and free kids.
Its really easy (but not cheap) to get to DLP from CDG. The easiest, usually cheapest, and by far the fastest way gate-to-hotel is by private or shared shuttle transfer, booked in advance. I use rstransports (book shared price but have only shared once in all the times i've used them) but ezyshuttle.com get a lot of return guests too.
