you won't get your money back in full - you lose 15% of the total package price plus the booking fee if you cancel more than 60 days from your check-in date, this percentage gets larger the later you leave it to cancel.0 -
Hi,
I'm just booking my transfers with rstransports, as suggested, but we are staying at Santa Fe and this isn't listed as one of the drop offs, I'm assuming I just book it to the hotel next door and walk across? Can anyone tell me what this is if this is right?
Thanks.0 -

yes, use the dropdown for the Cheyenne, then put a note on your booking that you are going to the Santa Fe - the driver will check with you when they pick you up anyway.0 -

HI all,
This is a REALLY long thread full of people who seem to REALLY know what they are doing so hope you don't mind me asking for a bit of advice for a total novice.
Never been to Disneyland Paris before, want to take our kids (aged 8 and 5). Travelling from Scotland, week beginning 6th July (I know!). Not fussed about staying on site but happy to if its worth the extra.
Just really want a few pointers to a 1. How long to go for to make the most of it? 2. Where and how to get the best deals? 3. How to ensure the trip doesn't descend into a long queue unhappy kids/parents fiasco! 4. Anything else a newbie needs to know?
Thanks and sorry!:)Skint: (adjective) The tendency to turn off the grill when turning the bacon.
Think skint - it makes things simpler0 -

thats the official start of high season summer at DLP, so I'd say at least 3, if not 4 nights and corresponding park days to make the most of everything.
2. Where and how to get the best deals?
you have a couple of options - for onsite you really want under-12s free to make it worth your while staying onsite, so keep an eye on the French/Belgian/Dutch DLP sites, as well as the UK one, and when an under-12s offer comes up, look at the price.
If offsite, there are loads of offsite but nearby hotels and then you could consider annual passes for park tickets - have a look at DLPGuide.com for their really good information on annual passes.
3. How to ensure the trip doesn't descend into a long queue unhappy kids/parents fiasco!
the parks will be open from early until late (ie after 11pm every night for the main park) so pace yourselves! Book a hotel with a pool, get up early, do mornings in the parks, lunch, then have a nice long break at your hotel, then back to the parks for evenings. That way you are avoiding both the busiest part of the park day, and the hottest part of the day too. Fastpass everything you possibly can, and don't forget there are lots of shows in the Studios which are large capacity and you won't need to queue long for.
4. Anything else a newbie needs to know?
Thanks and sorry!:)
hope this helps to get you started.

Balletshoes, I'm still mulling over which passes to get the francillien or fantasy. Tempted with fantasy for the EMH. I've been researching and have learnt main rides in fantasy and discoveryland will be open for EMH but what about in the studios. What do you think would be open in there - summer school hols. Many thanks0

Hi, many thanks for your reply. As it's the end of July im going I can't yet get opening times for then, can only get up to end April but from what I've read and as you say it doesn't seem to be in that park much.
But it is school summer hols so maybe? Do you know if it had EMH last summer?
Don't know which annual passports to get and if the studio esp ratatouille isn't open don't know if it's worth it esp if I don't go again within 1 year. Will cost around £100 more0 -
