Many thanks for your help.😊
you'll be fine - Cafe Mickey is rarely full for breakfast, even in the height of the season.0 -

Yay :j That's a relief. Hopefully in with a good chance. Like most people, just want a chance to interact with some characters.0 -
I've just been having a play around on the Isle de France site, and have come up with what i think is a good price. Balletshoes or someone else in the know could you just check i've done this right. Looking at 3 nights, 15th November coming home on 18th, 3 adults and 1 16 year old in Sequoia lodge with half board. No transport as already booked cheap flights. I'm coming in at €1342 which is about £973. Is this right or have i done something wrong.
Thank you0 -

without half board (its not worth it if you have to pay for it), on the "autres region" French part of the site, the Sequoia Lodge is 864 euros for your stay dates and party size - its the 35% off deal. If you really do want the half board plan, its another 408 euros, so that would be 1264 euros.
As a rough guide, I work on a budget of around £150 per person for onsite hotel/park tickets for that time of year (its low season).0 -
Thank you, so thats about £916 for the 4 of us with half board. Is that right?? Just done a quick calculation on the English site for a month earlier when they have the free half board offer and its coming in at £992 so not a lot of difference.
Actually need to book 2 rooms as another couple coming with us so if I book through French site is it pretty straight forward. I supose I would then have to pay the full amount, (which isn't a problem) as dont relish the idea of phoning to pay the deposit.0 -

yes if you're booking online, its the same process as on the UK site, all the information you provide is the same, just leave the country in your address as France, don't try to change it.0 -
Thank you Balletshoes. Our friends are coming over later and I think we will book. We could probably wait but seeing as the free half board offer is running until end of October I'm not sure it will then run again in November, (i just won't go looking anymore). Even if it does we seem to have a good price by booking now through the French site.
Thanks again for your help you are the font of all knowledge for this thread :A0 -
Hi
Hoping someone can help / suggest ideas for meals at dlp please! My oh is very concerned it's going to cost an absolute fortune to eat, so any suggestions of where to eat and when would be very gratefully received! I am planning on taking some snacks with us, and taking them into the park with us, if were allowed.
Also it's our lg's birthday while were there so looking at doing something special, she'll be turning 4, thinking of doing breakfast with the characters so any advice on that would be gratefully received too! We're going next month, thanks in advance.0 -

DLPGuide.com has a good restaurant menu section, which gives you exampled of menu choices and prices. There are many counter service restaurants at DLP and the Village, typically 10 euros for an adult meal deal, 6 euros for a child's (and theres nothing to stop you sharing an adult meal, or having a kids one instead of an adult one, at DLP counter service restaurants).
Breakfast at Cafe Mickey is a good option these days if you want a character meal.
Yes you can take snacks and drinks into the parks at DLP, just no alcohol and no glass bottles/knives etc.0 -
Thank you for your help and very quick response!0
