yep, fast food that isn't very fast lol!
the prices don't tend to change more than twice a year at DLP for their meals (in either counter service or table service), in April and November each year. I was at DLP in mid-December 2014 and the counter service meals in the parks were not yet quite as expensive as 15 euros per adult, 9 euros per child.
They are also cheaper in the Village (ie non-Disney franchised restaurants).
I personally don't really rate any of the restaurants at DLP as gastronomic delights, so think of food choices pretty much as fuel while there.0 -
Well all booked at last Balletshoes. Thank you so much for all your help you have given me over the last few months!! Booked through the French site and saved about £300. Really easy to do, even managed to link 2 rooms together, (hopefully). Going 15th November and never been when its decced out for Xmas. Everything is now paid for apart from the return train to London so just need to save lots of money for goodies as no doubt I will see lots I want to buy.0

I've just booked for 23rd to 27th December at the Explorers Hotel with my OH and 9 year old son.
Can you please help with ideas for Christmas Day. Will the park be open? We were thinking of the Buffalo Bill show that evening.
Also what is the best way to budget for food. Does this hotel do a meal package? How much should we budget for meals?
Thanks for reading and apologies for all the questions xxSealed Pot Challenge No. 2860 -

unless you have booked your hotel through Disney, then no, theres no dining plan at your hotel as far as I'm aware.
The parks at DLP are all open as usual 365 days a year, and until 26th December its not too busy. There are some stupidly expensive Christmas Eve meals in several resort restaurants, but there are also the normal priced counter service options. DLPguide.com will give you some ideas of prices for the restaurants.0 -
Has anyone had issues with booking through the French website? Ive been trying for 2 days now and everytime it keeps saying 'Your reservation has been cancelled' . They send a cancellation email but dont explain why it hasnt gone through. I've used 3 different cards now and didnt have any problems when I booked some tickets about a month ago :-(0

have you tried calling to book instead? I have booked online once using the Belgian DLP site, had no problems at all (once I'd phoned my bank to let them know I'd be making a foreign transaction purchase online). The other 2 times I've booked using a French DLP offer I've phoned to book instead.0 -

I did think about calling but then wondered if they would then fob me off and suggest I call the uk helpline0 -
