Hi All
Its not long til we go now, wow.
Just looking at my booking and it mentions the kids but doesn't say about a cot in the room or any beds. We're in the Santa Fe, would I have needed to ask for a cot when we booked (if so I probably did ask) or can you sort all that out when we get there.
Cheers
you can call the hotel a couple of days before you arrive to ask for a cot to be put in your room, or you can ask when you check in at the Santa Fe.0 -
Thanks so much balletshoes! I was looking at the dlp website for the prices, as am wary of handing over nearly £700 to a site I don't know lol. On dlp the tickets were £137 adult and £127 child, so definitely cheaper buying annual passes, but was worried in case this was a deal for French residents only! Do you know how we prove we are all at same address Hun? Just not sure what ID the kids would have with address on lol as my youngest is only 5. And we have checked the dates, going 13-15 august so looks like we miss the black out dates0

if they are your kids, with your surname, the address won't be an issue, just remember to take all your passports as ID when you go to get your APs. You don't need to buy them in advance, they are the same price when you buy at DLP, and you don't need to be French residents to buy APs at DLP, with the family discount included too.
5x fantasy APs at £130 = £650, then 20% family discount = £520, then full price £130 for the 6th AP = £650 total.
Its easy doing it in person at DLP, you all have to present when you go get your APs, and remember all your passports.0 -

Thanks so much Hun, that's fabI worked it out to around £800 for the 3 days pass lol! £137 x 3 and £127 x 3, so this saves us and can possibly go again next year before run out too, bargain! Kids all have same surname so that's great, shouldn't be an issue. Will remember the passports! Thanks for all your help

Hi, we are off to disney at the end of the month staying at sequoia lodge with half board included. I was wondering if you could recommend the best restaurants to eat at with the vouchers? We are 2 adults and 2 children, well one is classed as an adult!
Any advice would be greatfully recieved, thanks:)0 -

for dinner, your hotel restaurants are good (both full buffet style). So are the restaurants at the Hotel New York (one table service, one full buffet). Your vouchers also cover Cafe Mickey (lunch or dinner) for a character meal.
Walts and Blue Lagoon in the main park are also very nice, both covered by your half board vouchers, but may only be open on certain days during your stay, and will probably only be open for lunch, not dinner.0 -
Hi everyone, I used this thread years ago to organise a trip to DLP, the info is priceless. My daughter has just turned 9 now and maybe reaching the end of the magical innocent age (i hope not). We want to take her and her friend (they would have the best time) to DLP, the only time we can go giving the school situation and finances etc would be Mon 27th Oct 14. Cheapest i have been quoted through DLP is 2 adults, 2 9 year olds - £963 for 3 nights at Davy Crockett Ranch. We are making our own way there. Is that a good deal, will there be more offers later in the year. I don't fancy school summer hols, 1 too expensive, 2 too busy. Thanks in advance0

Thanks balletshoes, thats great. Wondered if you could answer a couple more questions, really appreciate the advice.
Can you use the adult voucher to buy anything on menu or do you have to have the set menu? If so do you know how much the voucher is worth?
Do you know how I would find out if Walts and Blue lagoon are open?
Are there any restaurants in the studios we can use and would you recommend them?
I understand the parade is at 5pm, do you know how long it goes on for?
And do you know what time the fireworks/Lights show is and how long it lasts? we are going 31st march for 3 nights.
Sorry just trying to get organised and dont know who else to ask!0 -
Hi all,
I would like to take our children to DLP at xmas time but it would have to be during school term time. Obviously the school will not allow holidays during term time so I just wondered how people would go about booking DLP at xmas time without being fined?
And also is it REALLY amazing and worth going at xmas time? we have been in June before which was lovely but we are taken with the idea of a disney xmas trip.
Thanks for your help0
