    1 more UU:

Elemis Rose and Jasmine Milk Bath. I detest this product and thankfully, I think, this is the last of the stash that I had of them. UUs have slowed down generally though.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

    I have an OUT:

2/13. Philip Kingsley Elasticizer 75ml, sold. This was a GWP and I was never going to use it, despite the rave reviews - too much forward planning required!

On the subject of putting money into a pot for UUs/NPIs, I used to do this. I rarely carry cash so would simply do a bank transfer each time from my main account to a separate savings account (which I then overpaid against my mortgage each month). It's amazing how much you accumulate!

Hi ladies, hope everyone is well.
Welcome to all the newbies, this is a lovely thread.
Welcome back McCulloch29, your pink candle philosophy has been an inspiration ever since I found this thread.

    Recent UU:
Benefit triple performing facial emulsion 8.9ml. This was ok, supposed to be oil free, but did feel rather oily on my skin.

Nivea soft 75ml tube. Very nice stuff, will buy again once i've used a few more moisturisers (I have gallons :( )

    Ins:
14x Garnier day cream samples from recent freebie promotion. Ruins my totals for July!! :wall: serves me right I guess for going back to the freebie board!
Ohh well onwards and upwards, at least they are only sachets!

    Afternoon all
A couple of UUs over the weekend
A lush bathbomb, heart shaped with dried rosebuds in didn't really do much at all not overly impressed.
A big round bathbomb from a set at Christmas, bubbled and smelt reasonably nice but went flat as soon as I got in the bath.
A pack of spa petals really not impressed I thought they'd dissolve completely and fill the bath with bubbles BUT they melted a bit and floated down the tub like slimy things. It was like someone had sneezed badly if I'm honest and not at all romantic.
Did have some INs do gave me a lovely gift box of toiletries so I need to add the. To my list.

  • Well done on your UUs! I admire you Deleted_User :)

For the concealer, you might try cutting the neck off the tube, or if there is a plastic insert around the opening where the applicator goes in, then you might wiggle that bit out and have a nice big opening to wiggle around with a q-tip or even a toothpick :) you might as well try to depot it into a little jar so that you wouldn't need to do the whole wiggling thing everytime you use it :) Hope this helps :A

Thanks! I have had a good flurry but I'm sure it'll slow down once I start having to use all the nearly-full stuff.
As for the concealer I can't cut it, it's hard plastic. I might try holding under a warm tap and see if that pushes it down to the bottom. We'll see!

I keep meaning to try and work out a PP list but I don't know where to begin!

No more UU's just yet, but I am plodding away, so hopefully some of the other items on my PP list will hit the dust before we get to the end of the month.

I really wish I could wear nail polish to work. I love the stuff and have tons of it, but am limited to wearing at the weekends. I painted my toe nails the other day. I've never painted my toes before as my toe nails are tiny and I never thought it was worth the effort, but I feel like my feet look so much nicer with the pop of colour on them! Still gonna take me a looong time to get through my polishes though

It's also a daily battle to resist the urge to buy more. I'm doing better at deleting all the tempting emails before reading them, but Youtube is still my guilty pleasure and I'm always lusting after all the lovely things they review. I also have a ridiculous amount of lipstick and eyeshadows, I have no idea how I'm ever going to get through it all...

    Morning all
Another UU lacura restorative day care face cream for mature skin, (from Aldi) felt really nice went on well and absorbed easily and didn't make make up slide. Would buy again if I hadn't got more day face creams in stash.
