    Hi ladies.

    I have a uu

Lancome Bi Facil 125ml - this does a superb job at removing makeup but the price makes it a WNBA unless it is to get an amazing GWP offer. I do however have 3 more bottles of it in the stash.

I have TA the last bit of my Garnier Oil Free BB Cream, there is barely any left but it seems to be oxidising on my skin now. WBA, this is really lovely to apply, it is a lot like Estee Lauder Invisible foundation, it is very thin and watery, it has good SPF too.

    Good Morning Ladies,

I also have a UU to report this morning.

    13. Liz Earle Skin Repair Moisturiser. This was a small GWP from some things I got around christmas time. Really loved this cream and used up every last bit of it. WDBA in a few months when I am in need of stocking up again.

Really enjoying this thread, UU and getting rid of so many bottles is super therapeutic :)
Is it really sad that I am already mentally making my PP list for August?

  • Hi all! Two UUs for me:

Burts Bees Soap Bark and Chamomile Cleanser 20g: HG and already repurchased!

Boots Essentials Cucumber Moisturising Cream 100ml: This made my face really sting and wouldn't soak in so I used it up on my legs where it made my skin very soft. WNBA.

    Hello lovely people!

Right, I have been quire seriously MIA for a while as I've just been using up the old regulars, but I have recently been to see my mum and as I am not likely to be going back for a while I liberated the toiletries I had stashed there to stop me having to drag them back and forth each time (plus I unexpectedly helped her have a good declutter. OMG! If I have learned my lesson, it's clear that I'm the only person in my family who has!)

Most of the following is not mine, but some of the stuff being thrown out was just too good to waste (even the dried out l'Occitane face cream that would have been so expensive it *WILL* get used, even if it's just to do my feet as I can't stomach that level of waste! :rotfl:)

    Hair:
    1 x Tresemme 24 Hour Body mousse (225ml)
    1 x Schwarzkopft Got2B “ Sext Collagen Lift Effect mousse (250ml)
    1 x Kerastase Ciment Thermique Heat0Activated Reconstructing Milk (125ml)
1 x Toni & Guy Prep Heat Protection Mist (150ml but only about 2 or 3 uses left)
    (250ml)
    1 x Kerastase Ciment Thermique Heat0Activated Reconstructing Milk (125ml)
    1 x l’Occitane Repairing Shine Mask (8ml sample) 1 x Shampoo sample bottle (small)

    Hands:
1 x Boots The Garden Collection Lavender Hand Lotion (75ml)
1 x Voya Handy to Have Hand Crème (75ml)

    Face:
    1 x Nivea Refreshing Cleansing Lotion (200ml)
    1 x Nivea 2 in 1 Cleanser & Toner (200ml)
1 x Sonya Aloe Eye Make Up Remover (118ml)
1 x l’Occitane Ultra Rich Face Cream (old, but this is so expensive I will use it up even if I have to moisturise my feet with it! Speaking of which, it’s dried out. It’s pretty much pure cocoa butter. Can I add a bit of water to rehydrate it?!)

    Soap:
3 x bar of my famous hand made soap

    Make Up:
1 x Aloe Fleur de Jouvence Firming Foundation Lotion (2 fl. oz.)
1 x Benefit Sugarbomb (full size)

    Deodorant:
1 x Dove Maximum Protection deodorant

    Also:

1 x Clean & Clear Exfoliating Daily Wash (new, not from my travels. I’m nearly out of the old one.)

Well, that's going to keep my busy for a while! I'm just going to plod along using it up as I did with the other stuff, until it's gone.

Oh, I need to mention, I gave away 10 tubes of toothpaste (Oral B): 5 to charity & 5 to my mum.

That's created a bit more space in my now overflowing toiletries cupboard! :rotfl:

I still need to come back and figure out my INs and OUTs for the year. Things have been stupendously busy here, so it hasn't been a prioroty. I'll find some time to do it over the summer.

Hope you are all well. xxx

    ~My PP List for July

[STRIKE]Lush The Olive Branch Shower Gel[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Champneys Vitamiracle Hand&Nail Cream 30 ml[/STRIKE]
Ralph Lauren Big Pony Perfume in Pink 50 ml
    No 7 Coral Lipstick
    [STRIKE]Dream Blush from Rimmel[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Samples as much as I can but min. 5
    Lancome Galateis Douceur Cleansing Fluid[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Lancome Tonique Doucer[/STRIKE]

So list is UU'ed apart from Big Pony and No7 - realistically, I will have another month with them.

I UU'ed Lush The Olive Branch Shower Gel last night. WNBA as I don't think it is value for money. It was a present and I can't really stay inside a Lush shop to buy anything due to strong smell.
It was nice but very thin texture and made the bath tub very slippery too

    [STRIKE]Dior Foundation[/STRIKE]
    Dior Mascara
    Benefit lipstick

I UU a few things that were not on my list also as they were bits that my skin needed at the time :)

I think I can still get through the Moroccan oil shampoo by end of month and I can def UU the Lee Stafford hot shot, these are expensive but amazing so I really hold onto them until my hair is in need. Probably will use this weekend though.

The body shop hand cream has a good month left in it...maybe more. As does the olive body butter so both will make it to Augusts list.

Dior mascara has been put in a bowl of hot water twice and also sprayed Mac Fix + into it a few times to revive so should be nearly done :)

Benefit lipstick has been reincarnated as part of my Homemade lipstick medley so will be on PP list for August also.

It's also a daily battle to resist the urge to buy more. I'm doing better at deleting all the tempting emails before reading them, but Youtube is still my guilty pleasure and I'm always lusting after all the lovely things they review.

Same here eyebright! It's so tempting to watch them youtubers and all those lovely things...but this is what we are here for :) when you feel the temptation please don't hesitate to pm me or write in this thread if you like. I've started unsubscribing to those e-mails. Clear mind, strong will and all that :P

It was watching YouTubers that actually cured me of my addiction! It was noticing how many of them clearly had serious shopping and hoarding problems that frightened me, especially as the commenters seemed to be cheering them on. It was that that got me into the whole decluttering and minimalism thing. I now watch vids of girls who have whole rooms full of unopened make-up and just feel sorry for them.
  • Very good point Hermia! Now I can't even watch those makeup collection type videos, i feel overwhelmed with the amount of clutter. Funny how everything clicks altogether, eh? I've been a lurker for a long time in mse but them minimalist videos, kondo book and feeling overwhelmed as is got me started on this journey and i wouldn't have it any other way. I like talking A LOT can you tell :P

Reporting one more UU: Lancome visionnaire yeux WDNBA! it's got bits in it that's supposed to burst during application to give some colour and coverage but for that you reeeeeally need to rub in. umm no thanks, I've got enough wrinkles as is! :D Used up and squeezed every last bit out and finally throwing it out phew! :)
