I don't think I've had any UU recently, but I am slowly getting more organised. I've been in quite the funk (and not in a cute dancing disco sense) for a long time now. I think I've finally hit the resent button and am beginning to get myself more organised.

I have been seriously considering a purchase of a really useful set of drawers to bring everything together at a glance. Or maybe I'll move my mum's old tall boy unit in from the garage to do it. Either way, I end up repurchasing because I have no idea what's even in my stash. I know I have a dozen shower gels in the garage storage but has that stopped me from buying another two shower gels this month? Nope!

Completely off topic, has anyone else used Lenor unstoppables yet? Bought a double pack on the trip to costco yesterday and I am *obssessed*!. My house smells like I have a dozen yankee candles burning all at once.

    Hi Deleted_User,

Most of my skincare is high end, as are all of my foundations. For colour products however I tend to mix between high end and budget, I feel that is easier to get away with budget items in this area.

I have several UU's to report this weekend.

    5. Liz Earle cleanse and polish.
    6. Aveeno Body lotion (sample)
    7. Missha essence (sample)
    8. Super Drug B radiant serum, trial size that I was sent to review. I do like this serum and it is good at keeping breakouts at bay but I am not convinced that I would buy this again.
    July 2015 - £997 in Debt.
    No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries challenge, started June 2015 UU x 18, TA x 6, IN x 26.
July 2015 - No more paying full price!!

Lovely to see you again And

Deleted_User - lovely stash of items, mine is also very similar although I also have a lot of lipsticks  It is so difficult to use eyeshadows up, I really like the project pan videos that dolly recommended a while ago. It is inspiring to see people using things up.

Vanya - wow £5 Mac lipsticks, I think I would have bought every single shade! I do love Mac products but think they can be overpriced. I have noticed that the last time Debenhams did 10% off beauty products, Mac wasn't included? They usually are. I still don't have enough points for a £5 Debenhams beauty voucher, I am sure they don't always add the points on.

In terms of high end/drugstore products in my stash, I would say that my skincare is predominately mid range and my make up is mainly high end/mid range although I do have a fair few drugstore products as well.

Hi roguey - I know what you mean about being in a funk. I feel like I need to get more organised too, in lots of areas in my life. What are the Lenor unstoppables? Not heard of them. Sounds like something I would definitely be interested in!

Not much progress here really. Every time I look at my stash I feel so overwhelmed!

Does anyone have any tips of using up eyeshadow and lipstick? The main problem I have is that I don't usually wear eyeshadow or lipstick for work, I would like to start doing this but don't want it to be too noticeable as think people would think it strange if I was wearing more make up daily? I know it shouldn't matter what other people think. Would be so much easier if I had always been someone who wore bright lipstick to work! I am planning on starting off with more subtle colours and seeing how I feel....

UU Botanics rose water toner - love this stuff and bought my backup a week before it finished!
UU John Frieda Purple shampoo for Blonde hair - WNBA - only because I don't intend to highlight my hair again, it has been chopped out and I was just finishing off the shampoo, although I do like that it makes my hair less of an orange-y brown.

My experience is that people mostly don't notice whether you have make up or not. The most I heard was "oh you look nice" .

Re the lipstick - my experience is that the best shades to wear for the day are those nearest your natural lip colour, you want people to think you look well, without drawing attention to it.
An IN of my favourite shampoo & conditioner. Aldi Alberto Balsam lookey-likey in Coconut. This is a really thick rich conditioner - I don't know how they do it for the money.
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.

Painted my nails this evening with Bourjous SoLaque Beige Glamour - this is not a beige colour though! I like Bourjous finish but sadly chips very quickly.
I have two of the same colour in my stash - I don't think I bought them twice but you never know. They were probably part of a gift or something.
