  • Strange, just saw that parts of my post and other people's posts have been removed for inappropriate posting, but other people who have mentioned matted (something or other, just incase this post goes) or trimming (certain bits of body hair down below), posts are still there.

Did you quote the post by fierystormcloud talking about hygiene during menstruation?

I think that one has been removed.
  • No, I just posted something about trimming hair down below or not as the case may be, but didn't realise that it could be remotely interpreted as offensive.

Teeth are yellow by nature - bright white teeth aren't natural either. Would anyone buy tooth whitening toothpaste ? Or wear make up? Or even wear clothes lol.

Shaving or not shaving is the same kind of debate. Men have it difficult too.
Women wear make up to hide a multitude of 'sins'. It's harder for men. Bras that push you up, flatten you down etc. what are men's choices? And, as a woman, don't tell me women don't judge men on their looks, of course they do.

And something else. Women judge other women a lot.

Not particularly relevant to this discussion except I don't want it to turn into "women do it because men say so"
Never again will the wolf get so close to my door

I agree that some posters have been pretty nasty to the OP.

I guess if you think the thread should be locked, the way to go about it is to contact MSE.

'Luckily I don't know what they were saying because they were speaking polish/russian'

They may well not have been talking about you at all, you've just assumed that they were

Maybe that's why I mentioned the word? Each and everyone has their own opinion, which is as valid as every other. To condemn people for what they choose to do, or not do is absolutely ridiculous!

The condemnation of people is as rude and gross.
  • Think Im done on this forum full stop. Pointless when you cant post without the forum police moderating you.

OP, do as you please, your life, your body.

I have edited my post to say "more graphic" - since everything would be "more graphic" than what I've said! Hopefully that help make that bit clearer.

Everyone will have their own definition of "graphic".

Threads about body hair always attract strong views - some of which will be genuinely held, some of which appear to be designed to 'create further discussion'... Likewise when it comes to "graphic descriptions".

Maybe MSE puts more restrictions on the 'more graphic' descriptions if they're posted on parts of the forum which are designed for 'family' rather than 'adult' conversations?

As I said, everyone has their own definition of 'graphic'.

If you are worried that it might offend someone, then you have the option of not using the word/phrase.
