Well back from the party, the kids were very well behaved. In fact I am quite proud of them. Ds is feeling a bit yuk, too much food he says, he looks very pale. Dancemum I hope you get some sleep.

Well done CYs OH! And my wm does not sing, I am rather jealous.

    Night all!

Its apparently the norm inexpensive kitchens to have two dishwashers. That way you never have any dirty dishes cluttering up any surfaces!

Hope you got some sleep, dancemum x

Drizzle expected here today. But have washing to sort. And a conservatory to sort. I have 2 big boxes to keep the kids entertained :)

I've been looking on eBay at Boden towelling hoodies, the beach sort. There's some very nice ones, and my littlies love this type of thing after swimming in the sea. Anyone know of any less costly alternatives?

    Morning everyone.

It's been a busy week but house not too bad. I went to a friends on Friday and stayed over. We went to another friends birthday do in town. It's the first time for years I've been in the city quite late at night. It was interesting. Had a great time. Out today later for high tea and a dance 1920s style.

Got some washing done when I came back yesterday. Not much else though.

Hugs for those that need them.
    CY Thinking of you.

CY, it plays a little happy tune when it has finished washing. It somehow makes it into a person, along the same lines as Henry the Hoover. Oh dear I am sad.

my washing machine doesn't sing to me, but it does beep to me when finished. But the thing I love the most about it, apart from the fact that it works and it's wonderful performance, is that it fits under my work surface. After extra pipework was added when the new boiler was installed the last one stuck out...

Bossy.. that is very beautiful! You have such a beautiful kind family, and the in-laws are included. You are very blessed, it is so wrong that you had to get to here by the sad road you did but you do very much amaze me with your determination and optimism. It would be so easy to wallow in self pity but you rarely do (we all do sometimes) You might not think so but from here you do amazing things x
