    Thank you Roger,

So I just click the link and complete the form online and they will send me the file - is that correct? Will it include the medical assessment report?

    Yes - it includes everything.
Unless it's changed, you actually need to post it.

It won't make them change their minds about the award will it? I don't want them to think I am unhappy with their decision.
Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time

  • Just received a letter for my assessment in two weeks, at a business centre in the next town which is a round trip of 70 miles, which I'm not happy about.

And I'm even less happy about the 25p per mile travel expenses which is substantially less than the 45p per mile, HMRC say should be paid.

Oh well, at least I can look forward to a completely irrelevant 'medical', (stand with your hands above your head and bend over), and questions which have no relevance to my condition, like when I had my IIDB assessment.

Very helpful link (had to remove as new user). I am going to apply for my information as well.
