Sorry but my code worked, however am unwilling to press the complete button until the £100 bill credit requiring TV issues is clarified. Could be a website mistake as it shows in the summary before you finally get to buy but who knows.... As the old saying goes 'if a deal is too good to be believed then it probably is'.

I can't get it as I have Sky TV!

I thought it was 'new to Sky broadband'.

Best I can find is similar to Beardy #9 above, TopCashBack £110 + £50 M&S, £3.75 + £16.40 line rent = £81.80 for the year.

Or £75.80 more than the £6 I was looking forward to!

I've already mention this on the main £6 BB thread and having spoken to Sky via Sky chat they've assurred me I don't need a Sky TV package, I've printed off the Sky chat call just in case I am ever charged!!

Sky chat have assurred me you don't need to take a Sky TV package to get the deal so I've hit the "confirm" button, I've retained the Sky chat conversation just in case of problems later.

I assume Sky wouldn't be brave enough to try and pull a fast one over Matrin Lewis website users in any event??

Would appear to be a cut and paste job in the website text. By the way couldn't find the on-line chat option as wanted to do same before I press the complete button.

I can confirm that I have been able to use the code, the printout I've got from the confirmation screen clearly shows that I do not have any TV packages, only half price line rental and free broadband, and that I will get a £100 credit to my bill.

I'm going to be really pleased if this all goes through (as per my order confirmation) because it would save me £140 vs the SSE deal I was looking to take out...

Sky Live Chat - they all deserve to be awarded medals and an extra bonus today - the Sky Management (Executives) deserve to be awarded the wooden spoon for making a total cockup of this offer!

UPDATE: Great - I've got my New Telephone Number - and set a date for my new line installation - all appears in order now, after initial teething trouble on the Sky website with this offer. I've saved the Live Chat script for backup evidence in case of any problems

I am having the same problem... I received a email saying 'here is your unique offer code' but there was no code? & my reminder email still doesn't have a code? I have made several attempts to contact Sky (online chat & phone call but to no avail- this is so frustrating!:( Have you had any progress?

I have been tearing my hair out all day trying to get through to sky to find out why my confirmation email did not display any code. I eventually got speaking to someone & they basically said there is nothing they can do- OMG- So gutted! :mad: ... I was just wondering- by any chance are there any kind souls that are not able to use their code willing to give it away? I know its a big ask- but if you dont ask you dont get!
