http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/cheap-broadbandUnfortunately due to massive demand all 14,500 codes for this deal have already been snapped up. If you haven't already got one, sorry - you won't be able to get this deal.0

Update from Sky on their chat service. Good news for me hopefully and anyone else trying to bag this deal.
Good luck BigStar with yours
From Sky:
I would like to inform you that your offer code is correct. We are experiencing some technical problem with our offer code web page at the moment. However, our technical experts are already working hard to fix this ASAP. There fore I would request you to try it after some time. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.0 -
Just a thought. When you click the link does it have a code at the end?
eg sky.com/shop/offercode/?tacticalUrn=xxxxxxx
I took my code out and put xxxxxx to show where it goes - don't want someone taking mine :-)
Anyway, the email might not display the code but the URL (link) has the code built in so you shouldn't have to add it in. However, as per my oen post, they are having technical issues so it's not working.
When I click on mine it says link not working. If you get that far maybe you'll be OK when they sort out the other issue.
Good luck everyone.0 -
Hope the fix works, I'm waiting too!0

Has anyone managed to get this deal completed? I have the code and eventually got through, but it says that the £100 credit is applied when I set up Sky TV. This isnt what was in the MSE email, it said there the £100 is credited to the broadband & phone bill. Also, I'm being asked for £20 to set up a phone line, when I already have one!0

I got a code but when I've put it in, it says the code has already been used!
On phone to them now and they've confirmed that's what it says... now on hold while he tries to figure it out...0 -
Apparently there's nothing they can do. Gutted.0
-
The code in the email I received different from the one given when I applied!
Neither work......not confident...0 -
It's not looking good guys. I'll try to remain hopeful and retry the code later. Apparently they'll email again next week to remind you to use it.
I've already cancelled TalkTalk and want to move anyway.
Next best I saw was still Sky with £105 cashback (Quidco), £50 M&S vouchers and £3.75 per month but then full price phone line at £16.40 for a phone I'll never use!
Any other good deals out there?0 -
ok finally got it sorted. went on sky website, tried to join, got talking to the chat service and told them off the offer i had. they kindly went through and provided a new link and set it all up. there is also other problems with telephone numbers, so they ask you to only use postcode and maybe use your other half's name if you been with sky before. Cant believe i got this for £6 for the whole year.0
