Well, I am encouraged by how much people are complaining about this company.

To let people in on something (I might get banned from the forum!) but this company reported my post, number 19. There was a POSSIBLE allegation of libel. MSE have asked for my personal information for god knows what reason, and I have advised that I will only deal with the authorities regarding it.

In a nutshell, I was pretty impartial in comparison and I only responded to wrightk's posts. The fact that I'm not even a customer, and tried to offer SOGA-specific information (and an opinion!), yet they'll still cause me that sort of stress is slightly concerning. I emailed MSE With similar details to this but they haven't replied.

I'm not happy with this company, and to an extent I'm not happy with MSE either.

I suspect that this post, and my account, may be gone soon so it has been backed up. IF anyone can give me advice on possible libel advice then I would also appreciate it.

Can anyone remind me. If anyone reading this thread wants to speak to trading standards about this company, do they contact their own nearest trading standards, or the nearest one to the company in Birmingham?
It is the Trading Standards department where the trader operates that need to know.

However, the route to Trading Standards is via The Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline on 03454 04 05 06.

This CAB webpage has more details: .

wrightk, did you get a good result following your June issue?

Were the goods delivered or did you have to go down the chargeback route?

I too have had the same for my post here it is, I think it is hilarious he points out the meaning of the word scammer when he has been doing it all his life.

    Really? That's absolutely disgusting.

I don't even see him as a scammer per se, I was just responding to wrightk's posts! I have no dealings with [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM], yet he accused me of possible libel...

In fact, I personally thought that the company had some positive elements. After what has gone on with MSE and [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM] I am disgusted with both parties. I'm not sure who fielded the libel idea, but it caused be distress to me. I only really offered SOGA advice and a personal opinion.

MSE could have supported me on this thread, but instead their "investigation" team has asked me to provide my full contact details. I have no idea why they asked for this, but I will only comply with the police if such a complaint is brought forward.
If MSE either removes this thread or bows down to him then this is no longer a consumer orientated website whish the tagline is "Cutting your costs and fighting your corner". This is a habitual scammer with more than enough credible sources as to his fraudulent conduct and therefore should be allowed to remain.

    100% yes.

I have no dealings with the company, but they've had a go at me. Make of that what you wish! But I read a few bad reviews on here, and if we take some of the posts at face value then it is bad times (wrightk seemed to be in dire straights when I posted!).
Oh and further for [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM], although I have a forum name here we have dealt with ach other many times and I would be happy for you to take me to court for libel as I have mountains of proof from parents of disabled children of which I am a treasurer for a charity for whereby you have consistently failed to deliver products or substandard products as well as other matters I do not wish to discuss here. Silly silly man for even going to MSE over this imho.
That's a sad story bro. I'm just some random spanner on this site, but you seem to have a deeper connection to all of this.

If you, or me, end up in court facing libel charges then please hook up because this is absolutely absurd.

i eventually received my items after nearly 2 months of waiting and creating this thread, also i emailed the director and said i would be reinstating my original thread.the goods then arrived ive received no communication though.and looking at the royal mail date stamps the original 'package' which was supposedly sent was obviously a pack of lies.

i did ask mse to reinstate the thread and stated my reasons but strangely had no reply from them.maybe they are being subjected to the barrage of legal threats and bribery i was...

I too was threatened by him with libel - but it's not the first time on mse this has happened to me. After a quick chat with keyser and the realisation this was one arrogant individual I realised I'd met this " type " before and there WOULD be more stuff on the internet about him-it made me determined to find it. So he did us all a favour.I'd like to thank him.:heartsmil
