Well, you should send a Letter Before Action if you want to go down the route of Small Claims (two copies, different post offices, proof of posting but not tracked so they cannot reject).

When you say they aren't responding, how have you tried - do they have a telephone number on the website that you can call?

I'm just wondering whether your frustration/annoyance is more than usual because of your previous experience. Not that I'm defending them, I've heard many other horror stories. But curiously I've never had a problem with them - have ordered a few times, most recently was Monday last week and the goods arrived intact, working, on that Friday. They must like me.

Appreciate that, I always think though that you judge a company by how it behaves when there is a problem and how your treated. Even this time around I've been ignored the company have blocked me,no one returns calls or emails anymore. So personally I feel my frustration is justified
Even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day, and for once I'm inclined to believe Withnail is right. We are indeed drifting into the arena of the unwell.

Send a letter to their office, outlining your concerns:

    xxxxxxx
    xxxxxxx
    xxxxxxx
    xxxx

Could also make it a letter before action.

(NOTE: This company address is in the public domain)

I'm sure it's tiring looking after a young person with special needs so the last thing they need Is to have to argue with a company. Perhaps this company just hopes its customers won't have the energy to complain and will just forget their complaints?

{Text removed by MSE Investigator} It is shown on their website but hidden away in the " customer service section"
    They also own this domain

    I'd use this company instead
    https://www.sensorytoywarehouse.com/about-us/
    Seem much more customer focussed

What's in the public domain, and the rules of this forum are two completely different things

I'm not sure the forum rules prevent Company addresses being posted, only personal details.

    Just received this email;

    Re: Parcel logged 18/06/2015 06:55am
Customer Services Add to contacts 06:56 Keep this message at the top of your inbox
    To: me
    tickets@cheapdisability.uservoice.com
Your recent order made with Sensory Education Ltd has today been processed by warehouse as this has been returned to us by Royal Mail with the following reason provided:
    Not called for
In instances of a parcel not being called for Royal Mail hold the parcel for up to 18 calender days.

Occasionally a customer may state that a card was not left for them following a failed delivery and its with regret sometimes Royal Mail do forget to leave a card.

On this occasion your parcel has been refunded back your card and please allow 2-3 working days for this to show on your bank statement as a cleared credit.

As a gesture of goodwill we can offer on this occasion a half price delivery upgrade for a nominated one hour courier slot so you will be notified by text what time your order will arrive on the day of delivery and should you require this please respond to this email quoting your order number.

We are sorry for any trouble this delivery may cause you however the parcel being returned is outside of our direct control on standard delivery options

    Kind regards

    P

Obviously didnt send the parcel then as i know the postman personally and he leaves all my parcels in a safe place, even if its signed for he will sign for me and leave it in my safe place

thanks for all your help. funny what a post on mse can achieve considering theyve ignored emails previously. and strange the email was sent at 6.56 considering ive been told the 'customer services' that deal with returns/refunds dont open until 9am

Glad it was sorted in the end, pity, it would seem, that it took a post on here to achieve this.

At least you will probably not use this company again and check on here first for any advice on good companies to use.

    Hope the refund appears.
