Glitches yes, not meltdown. Agreed that all systems are subject to a few problems, RBS SEEM TO TAKE THE LEAD in this area and, I do note you work for RBS
Yes and given that you'll be surprised how many customers are not even arsed.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
perhaps you might like to google the likes of asil nadir, mike coupe and chris ronnie to learn about the difference between ceos convicted of actual offences in a court of law (plus, say, robert maxwell) and one who merely had a decorative honour withdrawn at least in part because of "a growing clamour" from the fickle court of public opinion.
no reason to do that, a bit off topic0 -

Well I guess I would back the company I worked for, fortunately, I don't
I'm not backing no one staff are just as affected as anyone else.
Personally I don't even bank with the RBS Group.
I'm just saying not everyone is bothered and think oh well !!!! happens.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -

Most of us think "oh well" which is a superb reason to change banks. It is interesting that you work for RBS but you do not bank with them, would be good for everyone to know why0 -

Anyone can change banks at anytime and have great reasons to do so. They can get better interest rates, switching incentives, and a faster switching process etc.
I don't bank with them as I took advantage of switching offers that was available at the time. I moved to first direct for there so called excellent service however they are causing me a right nightmare at the moment and about to take the matter to the FOS.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -

I have no intention to disrespect you, you did what was right in your eyes, I know nothing about First Direct, they are not a company that stands out for serious banking. However you say you changed due to the so called "excellent service" from First Direct, you clearly did not think you were getting excellent service from RBS, that is the problem people suffer from at the moment0 -

I banked with RBS from when I joined the company 12 years ago through no choice of own at the time it was company policy. Admittedly I've never had a days problem with them from a service point of a view that has affected me directly. When the company policy changed I took advantage of First Direct switching offer. They was always known for there service not if in they type of person to call my bank etc every 5 minutes anyway to experience it. I just do everything online it's much easier.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -

Totally lost here, a RBS employee changing to First Direct when you say you had no problems with RBS. Now you have a case with the FOS, regarding First Direct ???
Are you from Venus ??0 -

I was getting £125.00 for switching and that was the only account I could use to meet the criteria. When you move you never know what's gonna happen.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0
