They have up to 35 days to deal with it.
Why worry about the 'discount' (surely you recognise that it's just a gimmick to pressurise you to pay up rather than dispute this) when you're going to be paying a big fat zero anyway?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
