I also doubt you would recognise a dual qualified Solicitor if it bit you on the !!!!! If you have really met a handful (lie) then why was the concept novel to you?
It's not a novel concept? I merely stated that I don't know why anyone would need to in their professional lives.
Come around for a coffee, I'll lay out my credentials sweetie.

They need Scottish qualified lawyers. Based in England.
There really are plenty. Haven't I made that clear?

Can I ask a question (hopefully to conclude the bickering):
What's to stop a LL from regaining his/her property on the basis that they want to sell and then changing their mind when the current tenant has gone?Mornië utulië0 -

So what if as a LL your circumstances change and you NEED to sell (eg you want to move in yourself due to marital breakdown / job loss etc etc)
Are you saying you CANNOT evict under any other circumstance other than a 'fault' on the tennant??0
