Removal of no fault eviction means you can't evict purely because the tenancy period has ended. It rolls on forever til the tenant misbehave or moves voluntarily or dies...

Can't think of any other investment like that Bluebird.

    That has not been announced

Apparently 1/3 of LLs will sell.
...and the remaining 2/3 will add to their portfolios at knock down prices.

Yes I am a player LL. Professional Property Solicitor qualified in Scotland, England + Wales tho. :-)

Why dual qualified? My OH is Scot qualified, but practices in England. Godmother to our Children is E+W qual, but practices in Edinburgh.

    I smell Walter Mitty....

Sniggings - what's a good LL to you? One who doesn't want to make a profit or control his own property?

are those the only 2 options I have to choose from?

Off the top of my head, a LL that sets fair rent and increases of rent.

Doesn't kick me out for no reason or because I ask for a repair to e carried out.

Not a lot really, knowing you are not going to come home to a letter telling you, you have 2months to get out is the main one.
