Ooooh! Jury duty!
I do hope they wait a while before calling me up now I'm self employed!
Good luck with it! ( thought you were in the TA for a minute!!)
Well done on listings. I will certainly look out for the deluxe onion rings. I like a nice " shove it all in the oven meal" especially on busy days!
Garage sale was mixed but the weather is nice for it.
Anther hours work then quiet evening.

Good work on getting those ten listed- did you manage the extra ten?
My own little (or rather large) eb*y pile keeps looking at me disdainfully from the spare room. I must stop putting it off as started the month well, then lost steam a little!
Those onion rings sound tasty- will keep an eye outFirst home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!0 -
Bexster - I hope so, too - last time I was called, I was also self employed, plays havoc with everything !!
KK - Yes, did manage the extra 10, but that only touched the tip of the mountain, however already sold 2 items, so going to try and set aside some time today for more along with everything else, as the eb@y offer finishes at midnight.
Glad you managed to get your clock on the wall, at last :T That's the sort of job that gives much satisfaction, when I usually wonder - why did I not do that earlier, it didn't take that long.
Off to make a list for jobs, I need done and jobs I'll try and get done today. Will start with parcels to wrap and post
ps - Will be buying another packet (onion rings) next time I'm in L!d!'sAlways have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -

Just want to be prepared, justin case, I see something and have to move pdq . . . to buy, that is, not actually to do a moonlight on my property :rotfl::D
Just finishing off a couple more listings and that will be me done for the night. In the morning I have a couple of more parcels to wrap and post and my work clothes need ironingSo it will be late to bed and up early.
Wrap up well tomorrow, as they have said it will be freezing :snow_grin

What, pray, are you on about? You are not really looking at buying another property? To live in? With someone? Oooooohh
You can't have days off its going to encourage you to want to spend colossal sums of money
Am I the one needing to buy a hat?!
How much do you need to raise? In what timescale? What are your limits on what you will do to get it?
I hope work keeps you busy enough to stay off property websites today

Well about, between 20-30% of the value of my house, 29 days or so and nothing too strenuous, I would only pick up a phone for it
I hope work keeps you busy enough to stay off property websites today

A house, and this is one to see . . . OMG  Once it's sold I will send you the link, met the owner, lovely lady, but OMG  omg, omg. Whoever gets it, is in for some work and a half. Omg
White overalls, gloves and masks on standby.
By the way, I love antiques, and I so wanted the contents more than the house:rotfl: Ever seen that program - I'm a Hoarder.

OMG!
An auction place? Are you looking to do it up and sell it? Or become a landlady?
That's properly exciting! Just as you are about to be mortgage free
Look forward to seeing pics. Maybe the lady will let you have first dibs on some of the treasures? Or you could offer a house clearance service :rotfl:
