Well done on listings. I will certainly look out for the deluxe onion rings. I like a nice " shove it all in the oven meal" especially on busy days!

Garage sale was mixed but the weather is nice for it.

My own little (or rather large ) eb*y pile keeps looking at me disdainfully from the spare room. I must stop putting it off as started the month well, then lost steam a little!

KK - Yes, did manage the extra 10, but that only touched the tip of the mountain, however already sold 2 items, so going to try and set aside some time today for more along with everything else, as the eb@y offer finishes at midnight.
Glad you managed to get your clock on the wall, at last :T That's the sort of job that gives much satisfaction, when I usually wonder - why did I not do that earlier, it didn't take that long.

Off to make a list for jobs, I need done and jobs I'll try and get done today. Will start with parcels to wrap and post

My Mondays off are causing a stir . . . too much time to look at property for sale :eek:

Now how do I get my hands on some cash :think: big cash (well to me, anyway) remortgage or loan? anyone know ? Could be going half with someone !*/!!** I know, I know . . . Need to get back to work, that way I have no time to work all this out.

Just want to be prepared, justin case, I see something and have to move pdq . . . to buy, that is, not actually to do a moonlight on my property :rotfl::D

Just finishing off a couple more listings and that will be me done for the night. In the morning I have a couple of more parcels to wrap and post and my work clothes need ironing So it will be late to bed and up early.

Wrap up well tomorrow, as they have said it will be freezing :snow_grin

Oh and I'm not joking when I say would like to know how to get either another :eek: add on mortgage or some cash :whistle: whatever is the best, just so I know for future :whistle:

Well about, between 20-30% of the value of my house, 29 days or so and nothing too strenuous, I would only pick up a phone for it
