  • Want to go for it, but don't have the confidence and shatter all my dreams of being MF, need time, and to sleep on it and that I don't have, as when I see something, have to move pdq.

Although it has given me some new ideas and have started thinking of other avenues now.

I think it would be a shame when you are so close to mortgage free and all the amazing things that will bring.

  • Yesterday was a frosty one, that's when I noticed the condensation between the glass on my front door, along with the (lead no longer stuck to the glass and the colour bubbling underneath) - although I did notice the lead/colour a few weeks ago.

Dug out guarantee and believe it or not exactly 6 years to the day it was posted to me. So phoned them and yes, you've guessed it - it's going to be a battle :(

Trying to tell me the lead and colour on the glass has a 5 year guarantee, so told them, there is no mention of 5 years anywhere on my guarantee. Only 10 years :D, so well within the time limit.
I've to take photos and send them in an email :( Watch this space . . . I can feel another saga coming on. Tried to tell me that if I had bought windows from them, then they only have a 5 year guarantee for condensation :rotfl:Nearly told them I was so glad I hadn't got my windows from them :D but thought better of it ;)

Still having an on/off debate with myself about another property  If it's meant to be, things will fall into place.

Such a pity companies have to demonstrate a lack of integrity all the time. It's bloody exhausting fighting them until you win :D

  • We should be in the middle of the storm. Everything is quiet here, and slept like a log. so here's hoping there is no damage done.

Payday !!!! today :j and best part is only 3 weeks till the next one  but the NY starts with two 5 week (ers). Need to get a move on - as may be tied up after next week for a day or a while :DHowever took Monday off (again) ;), lets hope I can get something done in a day.

More tickets for a show goes on sale today, I wonder . . .

Forgot to mention, that with the next mortgage payment and a little o/p I am hoping to have the number 1 in my mortgage along with all the noughts :j

Well yes, I forgot to mention - I still have a sub account gathering no moss (interest) so this month I have o/pd the whole amount in sub account but took it of my "proper" mortgage (meaning interest gathering) interruption . . .

omg - gritter has just passed - must be expecting cold or worse weather for tomorrow

£245 for month of November o/p (I did have a moosive :( bill to pay this month)

So back to square 1 with a 1 in my mortgage (along with all the knotty knots) :D 00000and a dot.

You are a tease! £1000 to go then?! How exciting! I've also had a couple of big ( expected) bills this month. Best news is, still managed to put cash into savings/investments! :j I was really worried that by this point I would need to look at getting some normal regular work but, even if I have no work over the Christmas holiday ( unlikely), I'll still be fine.

It's been weird knowing there won't be a " payday weekend" like the emails always say that I get at this time of month, but I'm loving all of it! I have a few plans brewing for 2019 ( not all work) so exciting.

Am thrilled for you AFK! Not long to go now, and that Monday off might be every week! :D

Busy day today, hence early start, ending with date night tonight.

    Have a great day
    :)
